Assistants and the Lord’s Supper
This week a colleague of mine, another Pastor’s wife, suggested for me to write an article about how the Assistants should serve the Lord’s Supper.
Many, sadly, over time, because it becomes something common they are carried away by the regularity and therefore prepare, serve and even participate in any way, like if it was a ritual.

I always bring here true stories, situations that happen in Assistant’s lives, and that others can relate to!
There is no intention to expose anyone, but to make them understand their problem. After all we are not dealing with objects, but with lives, with souls.

She told me she had gone through very difficult times in which almost led her to give up her faith.

In general when we think of a dedicated assistant, we immediately think of the assistant who is always in church that’s always ready to perform any task.
The one that never says “no” to anything, always very upright and her uniform always spotless and tidy.
