Healthy Discipline

Being healthy is for everyone, whether you’re skinny or chubby.

When we talk about being healthier, our goal may be to lose a few pounds (which is a consequence of our healthy lifestyle), but the focus is not on having the body of a super model or to idolize our image. None of that! Rather, we want to be a living reference of God and the only way to be that reference in this world is through our choices in life.
