Who is the intruder?

“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who does not enter the sheepfold by the door, but climbs up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber. But he who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.”(John 10: 1,2).

The devil is the one who has intruded in your life uninvited, however the Lord Jesus does the opposite: He knocks at your door and waits for you to open it! He is not an intruder He respects your own decision.

This is why it is important to be sensitive to the voice of God, for He will only take possession of your life when you surrender completely. But, the devil on the other hand, sees there is no such surrender and feels he has the right to enter into your life. He does not ask for permission to enter, instead he invades a person’s life because there is no commitment with God. Even if it is unconsciously every time you do not obey the Word of you are giving the devil access to enter into your life.

This is why the world is in chaos! Because people do not want to have a commitment with God and so the devil robs them of happiness, harmony, joy, family, health, and financial life, hence the disgrace that the world is faced with.

God waits for a person to call on Him and make Him a part of their life. And how can a person do that? When they use their faith and prayer, which is very important.

I notice that often people are in the church and they do not communicate with God. They do not speak with him. And that is not good because your thoughts are not focused.

When you direct your voice to God you are not only materializing your faith through your words, but you are also showing that you believe. You would never open up and speak something that is intimate to you unless you believe.

Even if you attend church if your prayer is only whispers and you say nothing the only one who loses out is you!

You can even go to church, talk about God, accept the “advice” given, but if you live differently God will not enter in your life. You have to materialize your faith this is the door that gives God access to your life.

Every time I’m in danger, I have problems, doubts, or am in a situation that I do not know what to do, I tell God about it. Regardless of the problems I’m going through I talk to Him about everything because He is part of my life.

When I do this, I am allowing Him to enter in my life!

You must make God part of your life and talk to Him sincerely. This is the secret to a relationship with God. You will not find the solution by only reading these articles you must put the words into action, with attitudes that show your surrender to Him.

We’ll be back on Wednesday, and I want to see your testimony not just a thank you. May your life be an opened Bible! How? Through your words, conduct, and life.

  4. I am currently focusing on my spiritual life and my most asked request is for God to speak to me, to show me what I need to do or know, since I want to know him, and have a relationship with him. And it’s all about me talking to him, that’s the key. Welcoming Him into my life in everything. I have been seeking, speaking and praying to God daily, day and night. Not just when I come to church or when I don’t feel good. And I already know that He is listening, and He is with me. 🙂

What a mighty God we serve and have the privilege to know!

  5. Hello Mrs. Viviane,

I read this article previously but I read it in a hurry. Today, I decided to read it slowly.

First, I learned that the devil is an “unwanted guest” in my life. The only way to get rid of him is to have a close relationship with God.

Second, I learned that we can only speak of things that we believe in. I find this true in real life because I personally don’t talk of things I don’t believe in. It is hard for me to agree if I don’t believe in something.
Talking to God in words materializes our faith. It is also a way of developing our faith.

Third, putting what I learned into practice will make everything that I do concrete. Just like you said in your message above:
“You can even go to church, talk about God, accept the “advice” given, but if you live differently God will not enter in your life.”

Putting what I learned into practice is what will make the difference in my life.

Thank you for taking the time to share the messages to us. I know you are blessed for doing so. May God bless and use you more and more.
