What kind of inspiration is she?

I was reading an article that made me very angry and I believe that many will agree with me.

A very successful actress in Hollywood, which has always shown her strength in campaigns against hunger and on the big screen, revealed to the world her fear and trauma of dying from cancer, the same disease that killed her mother.

Under medical advice she summited herself to a very delicate surgery to remove her breasts, something that didn’t resolve the problem entirely because according to the doctors, before undergoing the surgery she had an 87% risk of breast cancer and with the surgery it decreased to 5%.

I asked myself: How can someone who is an inspiration to millions of men, women and young people let something uncertain cause so much fear?

The doctors also said that she has a 50% chance of getting ovarian cancer and according to “People” magazine, the actress also plans to undergo surgery to remove them.
How much can ones body endure?

How far can one person go?

I see that a person’s intelligence, fame and human knowledge are not enough to make them understand against whom – and what – they are truly fighting against.

If that is not clear, then they can never overcome their fear and traumas of the past or any other kind of problem.
How about those who carry “cancer” in their soul because of a heartbreak, bad eyes, accusations, frustrations and feelings of inferiority? They show strength to others, but they have not discovered their true value and inner strength to overcome their own limitations.

Until when are you going to continue to flee and hide from your problems? Until when will your actions be different from what you are inside?

As time passes it will show who you truly are through the results you obtain in your life.

Do not run away, confront your problem, believe, and overcome!

“… Whoever believes will not act hastily. (Isaiah 28:16)

  2. Wow … Very strong – Her first problem was believing and basing her life on her past; her mum had cancer and died from it so she automatically assumed she would die from it too. How many of us see someone fall in the faith who was before us and strong or was our role model in faith. We hear/see that they fell and then we become emotional and fearful that it will happen to us too. Secondly she listened too much to what ‘man’ said and didn’t seek what God said… For example, the Dr’s said she had 50% chance of getting ovarian cancer but with God NOTHING is impossible…. we cannot run away from our problems or try to remove them ourselves, because all that will happen is that the problem will manifest itself in another area. She is spending so much time and effort fearing about what will happen to her physical body but as the blog said, what about the cancerous cells that may be present in our souls, it is this that we need to pay attention to and only God’s word and presence can heal this.

Even in the smallest things you can be an inspiration
You can be someone who helps others by the way in which you deal with problems, situation and obstacles that you become a real insporation when your actions and thoughts are inspired by God.

When you have the strength to fight overcome and make it till the end!
