Hello friends, this week I decided to talk about something that is very important to us women: Our hair
Check out five kinds of homemade masks with healthy ingredients, at an affordable price, to help you keep your hair beautiful and healthy.
Many of us have unruly or hard to manage hair, and we know how much we expose our hair to things like: dryers, dyes, straighteners, straightening treatments and many others. So enjoy today’s tips and “treat” your hair.
Each hair type should be treated with hydrating masks. How often, depends on each hair type. If you have dry hair than you need to do this weekly, for normal hair, every 15 days, and for oily hair only once a month. When you wash your hair use a shampoo specifically for your hair type or if you prefer, an anti residue shampoo. Then apply the mask strand by strand, massaging them. Wait the necessary time and finally rinse it off with warm or cold water. The mask shouldn’t be applied to the roots.
It’s important for a woman to take care of her hair. We say in my country that a woman’s hair is her invitation card. Even if you are very well dressed with very expensive clothes, but if your hair is messy, discolored, damaged, you can be sure that you look unpolished. It’s also very important to know how to choose the right color and haircut for you. If in doubt always seek professional help.
Let’s take care of our hair! There’s no excuse not to take care of your hair. Below I have given you the recipe for 5 hair masks, each one to help you resolve different problems.
For those who live in Europe, it’s summer and good reason to take care of our hair. For those who live in countries where it’s cold, know that the cold weather also damages your hair.
Dear friend, everything in life requires sacrifice, don’t let yourself live in a state of accommodation, in such a way that you don’t have the strength to take care of yourself. Change that and find the strength to change the situation today, because if you think it’s too much to take care of your hair, how can take care of your own soul? Think about it do not settle, first in your Spiritual life and then with your appearance.
