Things I can not do

In the most ordinary moments of life, we can see if we are ready to do whatever God asks us or not. Things that are easy for me, can be difficult for you and vice versa. Nobody is equal to another person but one thing is true: We are all special for God.

God does not think like men do. His thoughts are bigger than the ones that we have. Everybody knows that. However, when we have to put into practice His thoughts, we can see how little we are but not defeated.

God has called us to be free. So, why some of us limit ourselves and think that there are things we can do while others we cannot do? Or, why we think like this: ‘I will not even try because I will not get it’?

“The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again…” (Romanos 8:15)

Surely, these kind of thoughts do not please God because it is impossible to please Him without faith. And now? What am I going to do with all this information? You have only one path: You should absolutely trust in Him and take action.

These were the conclusions I got when I had to travel to Ecuador to attend the monthly Godllywood meeting last March.

Honestly, I was worried when I knew about this trip because I had to travel alone during a lot of hours. I had to make four flights to arrive at a country I did not know. My husband had to be alone at home. I have a lot of feelings, feelings and feelings.

It is in the times of “fears” that we know if we are courageous or not. In this experience I have had with God, I could see that I am strong and courageous because I have obeyed Him.

At first, I did not understand but I was sure that God had a plan. He always has a plan in the lives of those who want to put into practice everything that God asks them to do.

To understand better, I had asked God for several years the following thing: ‘Lord, I want to be a strong and brave woman. Please, help me to be one’. To be honest, I would never think that I was one. But, in that trip He showed me that I am brave and there is nothing that I cannot do. I always limited myself. If we want to be used by God, we cannot have limits or do what we know to do. Because, it can be what we do not know to do what God expects from us.

Result: The trip was blessing. I saw people who I had not seen for thirteen years. I attended the meeting withgreat joy because I valued the opportunity. I valued the meeting, friendships and above all my Lord’s will.
