God sees, hears, and knows your suffering

Hello friends,

We are meditating on the book of Exodus and making marvelous discoveries. But, in order for you to enjoy them it is necessary for you to practice what you have learned.
If you only read these articles so that you can share it with friends, family members, or co-workers then you won’t take full advantage of them. Why? Because you cannot try to teach others if you do not change first.

“And the Lord said: “I have surely seen the oppression of My people who are in Egypt, and have heard their cry because of their taskmasters, for I know their sorrows.
So I have come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up from that land to a good and large land, to a land flowing with milk and honey, to the place of the Canaanites and the Hittites and the Amorites and the Perizzites and the Hivites and the Jebusites. Now therefore, behold, the cry of the children of Israel has come to Me, and I have also seen the oppression with which the Egyptians oppress them.”
Exodus 3:7-9

God sees your affliction, He hears your plea, He knows your suffering and He wants to free you from that situation, however think about the following: How many times when we are troubled do we act out in our faith? If you are the type of person that isolates himself or herself, murmurs, likes to take out your anger and pain on others when you are facing troubles, then surely you are not exercising your faith.

The people were troubled, but they did something that was very important: THEY CRIED OUT!

I see a lot of people who remain stagnant when it’s time to express what’s inside. They don’t say what needs to be said to those around them, to the men and women of God. They are embarrassed to express what they are facing and consequently they do not use their faith.

The people of Israel were so humiliated, they were suffering so much that there was no other choice but to cry out to God.

If you have been following this blog and the messages you know that the Hebrews had forgotten about God and stopped being active in their faith.
But when they prayed at the top of their lungs, they expressed their faith in God and through that prayer God heard them. He knows!

When you talk about your situation, your sadness, worries, doubt, or whatever it may be, you are letting God get to know you. Know me? You may ask, but doesn’t He already know me? Of course! God knows everything about you, but when we speak and express what is going on with us we open the “door” for Him and we manifest our belief!

After hearing the people’s prayers He said: “for I know their sorrows…” God knows what is happening to you. Friends, when you pray and call upon Him then your past no longer matters, nor how many mistakes you have made, God’s loves is unconditional independent of what you do or stop doing. From the moment that you manifest your belief, you give Him the freedom to enter in the “picture”!

God comes upon you at that moment to free you from the hands of the “Egyptians”. He does not do this to please you. God is not like the devil that intrudes in your life and makes the decisions for you. No! You have to manifest your faith!

What does God want from you? Why doesn’t He do anything to solve your situation? Because he wants you to get up and out of the foreign “land”, how?
By taking what’s in front of you and act out your faith.
When you put your faith in action, you manifest your strength! It does not matter whether your educated or not or what your past or culture is. Nothing matters! What matters to Him is the kind of belief that you manifest. He wants to get you out of that “land” of slavery, so you can climb up into a great land flowing with milk and honey. He doesn’t want to give you a tight financial life where you will be worried about tomorrow! He wants you to enjoy your life!

God wants to give you stability, but in order for this to happen you have to make Him a part of your life as He speaks directly with you through His Word.

“Now therefore, behold, the cry of the children of Israel has come to Me, and I have also seen the oppression with which the Egyptians oppress them.”

God is not indifferent to your situation. Do not think you are alone! He sees, but it is necessary for you to exercise your faith, when that happens then you become better, and feel wonderful because the solution of your problem is inside of you!
The devil would like to have the opportunity that you have, but you are the one who has the opportunity to put your faith in practice, through the difficulties you are facing right now. Not to be defeated, to complain or exclude yourself, but to face and discover the power that is within you. God makes us discover our inner strength through our belief in Him.

Friends, you have to run to the arms of God! It doesn’t matter what you are facing, take action and overcome each one of your problems.

Wednesday we will be back continuing to meditate on the book of Exodus.
