Assistant who wants to “BE” for God…

Today’s post will be very short and simple, but it will enable you to ponder and think well about your words before pronouncing them, so that there’s life behind them and not just because others are saying the same thing.
Lately, this phrase has been used a lot: “I want to “BE” for God!”
Many mention that they don’t only want to do, but “BE”!
However, we have noticed that these words turn out to be a “system” and not a lived reality. I say this, because as I was hearing someone saying this phrase: “I want to “BE” for God…” I myself asked God within me: BE for God? After all, what does it mean in a clear and practical way? Show me my God!
It was then that came to my mind the word BE, which is “loaded” with deepness and that reveals in essence, what it really means to “BE” for God.
Note and analyze with me:
Sacrifice vs. egoism, individualism;
Surrendering (100%) vs. retaining, not giving;
Revolt vs. accommodation, excitement, anger.
So I can conclude that to “BE” for God is to “BE” of sacrifice, surrendering and revolt. But sadly many live contrary to that, being selfish, individualistic, retain and do not give up their “I” … living an accommodated life, always in the sameness, presenting to God the same sacrifices … thus getting the same results as always: FAILURES AND FRUSTRATIONS.
And now, you will think twice before speaking that you want to “BE” for God?

This was definitely an eye opener for me as I’ve never thought of it that way. I would always before used to say I want to BE for God but until I read this post I didn’t understand what it was to truly BE for God. Thanks for clearing this up

This is very interesting because I didn’t see it in that way I guess everyday we learn something new and I’m surely loving it.

In the beginning I actually couldn’t understand as well, be for God means to surrender 100% of me to God living a live sacrifice.

God spoke to me through this message, that be of God is to be a living sacrifice, but what type of sacrifice? Because what I give, is what I will receive.

For me this post shows me that to ‘Be’ for God is closely linked to what we do. But not just anything that we do but that which is done in sacrifice, surrender and shows revolt. So it’s about the quality of what we do.
