August 22th | Wednesday | Matthew 8.1-4
When He had come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed Him. And behold, a leper came and worshiped Him, saying, “Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean.”
Then Jesus put out His hand and touched him, saying, “I am willing; be cleansed.” Immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
And Jesus said to him, “See that you tell no one; but go your way, show yourself to the priest, and offer the gift that commanded, as a testimony to them.”

Good morning all,
Climbing the mountain, for me it means that every day I have to overcome the obstacles that can lead me to be disconnected to God.
I have to always put Him first, just like this leper. Even with his disease, he still came to Jesus with options. How many times we have a problem that is in our minds, and the first thing we say to God is demand about our problem? His heart was on worshiping God and not on solving his problem.
This is the attitude that I want to have, always put Him first, with my problems completely surrendered to Him.
Thank you for sharing.
