Hello Viviane,
I believe, I am running away from fear.
This is because of of my past. There are times when I thought I had overcome, only to realise that they came up under sub-headings in certain situations like anxiety or my biggest one my emotions.

my fear is speaking out, asking for help and joining in most things;
i am scared of what will happen as i had many terrible experiences, and cannot remember a lot of them.
