Super Talanted Youth

With an IQ above 130 point, the talent to play any musical instrument, the ability to solve any problema, with an accelerated thinking capacity. The youth in the society are like that.

But there also are “super talented” youth doing the work of God, people whose words are inspiring, super trustworthy, and mature for their age, they do everything with exelence. We know that they´re not perfect (well nobody is), but they´re flaws aren´t so revealing.

However, how do you spot a “super talented” youth?

Isolated. They don´t need to be around people, because they´re way slower and uninteresting. Books become they´re best friends, at the end of the day, that´s what makes them feel special; knowledge.
They don´t feel like they fit in. Because not everywhere the things she has to offer are well received.
They´re not good at communicating. Because no one will see things like they do and people will end up missunderstaning.
Intolerant. When they see a mistake in someone and think that the mistake is very serious. If they where able to reach they´re goal, why can´t others?

But shouldn´t intelligence and knowledge be good things to gain? Shouldn´t we invest in those abilities? Isn´t intelligence God given? Is it that to please God we have to be ignorants, with no edication, limitet intellectually, with no ability?

Of course not!
God gave us intelligence, capacity to solve problems, teaches us to perfect our abilities, He goes as far as promissing His thoughts!

“Who has known the mind of the Lord so as to instruct him?” But we have the mind of Christ.” 1 Corinthians 2:16(NIV)

Jesus was an example os a “super talented” person.

Can you imagine the mind of Christ? The most super talented mind of all time!! That sees the past, present, and future, it sees solutions where there´s only problems, a revolutionary mind!! Now imagine Him with all wisdom, power, and understanding, living here on Earth with a body that suffered, that get tired and hungry, and on top of that, having to be around ignorants, hard headed people that couldn’t reach the thoughts that He was trying to show. You know how How did it? HE WAS HUMBLE.

Even Him being around uninstructed people that only saw what where in front of their eyes, and that only wanted the physical, He didn’t isolate Himself.

Even coming from a poor family on the earth and being King on the Kingdom of God, He sat at the table with the poor and rich, He never retracted, or hid.

Even having a mind that saw everything deeper, His words where simple and franc, at the level of the people who where listening.

And another detail that fascinates me about Him: Jesus warned Peter that he was going to betray Him, Peter almost swore that it would never happen, and it happened, big mistake! What did Jesus do? Was He sad or frustrated with Peter? Absolutely not! With all patience He just didn´t accept Peter as the first leader of His Church.

When people have the capacity but aren´t humble, they will always be useless to God. Their goal is wrong. They´re building a fort, with unbreakable rocks, with no gaps or mistakes, a flawless wall… But inside the city!!! In other words, there´s no purpose to their construction.

“This is what the Lord says: “Let not the wise boast of their wisdom or the strong boast of their strength nor the rich boast of their riches, but let the one who boasts boast about this: that they have the understanding to know me, that I am the Lord, who exercises kindness, justice and righteousness on earth, for in these I delight,” declares the Lord.” Jeremiah 9:23,24(NIV)
