Which option is healthier? What actually works?

The answer is simple and takes into consideration each one of our readers.

Everything begins with a decision, that is, the purpose for which someone starts a diet or makes a definite change in their eating habits.

Let’s look at some differences:

1. Diets are done for various reasons, some for health problems, and others due to the arrival of summer…

There are many different diets where everything is “acceptable” to reach an objective (in kilograms/pounds). And many times, even though the body doesn’t react so well the person insists on continuing even without medical supervision!

We all know that many people develop serious health problems in the name of “loosing weight”.

It’s like the famous “yo-yo effect” where you loose and gain weight in intervals.

2- On the other hand, when you learn new healthy eating habits generally you are being monitored by health professionals. When you DECIDE to definitely change your habits and understands the essence of a balanced diet that is adequate for your body you will start a “new life”.

Obviously, this requires a lot more effort and daily SACRIFICE, but the results will be definite.

Whoever learns what their body needs and invests in caring for it, will most likely not go back to their old habits.

So what’s the secret?

The quality of your Decision gives you the ability to SACRIFICE!

Think: Diet or learning new healthy eating habits? After all, which of these options are truly the healthiest?

See you soon!

  1. Thank for sharing I needed that as I would like to eat junk food. I made a decision to cut out the junk and eat more healthier and drink water more often instead of fizzy drinks.
