The importance of correct portion sizes is something that’s been forgotten nowadays.


 
Most meal portions that are served in restaurants are pretty scary. What is meant to be for one person can probably serve three.
 
It’s all about what you pay for.
It seems like eating, eating, and eating a lot is the only thing that makes people happy. There are buffet restaurants with “great” deals like: Just pay this much and eat all you want. Pay for one and get three free refills. People want to eat like there’s no tomorrow.  
 
But, then tomorrow arrives and they feel unhappy with their body and their health. It’s about the choices we make!!!
Knowing what the correct portion sizes is probably one of the most difficult things for many people since they are so used to seeing a lot of food on their plates.
Training your brain to know what the correct portion size for you can seem complicated at first. People’s initial reaction to their correct portion size is usually: “That’s it? There’s no way that’s going to fill me up!”
What really matters is that you are eating healthy and nutritious meals that also satisfy your needs. Quantity doesn’t mean quality.
