Assistants with religious habits!

These last few days I’ve been analyzing something very common among the Assistants, which made me think a lot…
I was sitting in the front row facing the altar; meditating on what God wants from me in the place I’m currently in now.
When I looked up I saw a group of Assistants holding hands in a circle praying for the people. Inside me, kindled a revolt so great, not because of what I saw but because of the spiritual blindness!
Many do this; they limit themselves to just praying and think that prayer alone will replace what they should be doing.
This is so serious! Unfortunately it’s one of the worst camouflaged problems amongst the Assistants. Then come the big questions: “Why doesn’t my work bear any fruit? I pray, but nothing happens?”
That’s exactly the reason why, you just pray, you take the easy way out, which doesn’t require any challenges, actions, or authority.
Let’s think together:
Did Jesus pray for the people by holding hands with his disciples? Was He limited only to prayer? Or did He go out amongst the people in order to meet their needs?
Let’s not live a lie, my dear Assistants, or live religiously. These prayers are often done as a custom, as a tradition and they don’t pass the ceiling!
Why?
Because, God expects you to go out among the people, to hear, counsel, and analyze each problem and solve it with the authority that was granted to you. But, in reality, this is not what happens. The vast majorities hide behind a prayer, thinking they’ve done their part, when, in fact, they’re not giving what by grace they’ve received.
Assistants get rid of this religious layer called prayer and go to the people. Do justice to your calling, honor your uniform and go undo the works of the devil. Talk to people who come to church with their lives shattered, but when you speak to them, speak boldly to give life! Don’t be superficial when you counsel someone by simply saying: “God will bless, do a chain of prayer. ” This doesn’t solve the problem this is weak and passionless. You have to go deep, to the core of the problem. Note that Jesus didn’t treat the wounds superficially, He uprooted the problem!
D you want to know what is the most effective prayer? It is when you counsel someone, when you go into the battlefield!
Maybe this article is very direct, but it ‘s meant to open your spiritual eyes.
Leave your comments and tell me if you managed to understand the spirit of this message. I will be waiting for them.

This article is the best I have read all year and it shows exactly what a woman of God should be doing. We are not dealing with potatoes we are dealing with people with souls who need direction a word of faith that will cause them to take an action to change their lives not a superfical touch to the reality of their problems.

Good day
Thank you for sharing this message with us, what a wake up call! It’s so true, what we can rather pray for is the strength to execute whatever it is God has given us the authority to do.
We often pray or sing; Lord like a vessel in your hands please use, this means getting out there and allowing God to use ALL of me to help His people, after praying that the problem is solved, God needs to use someone to do so and that has to be the servants.
Thanks again 🙂

Dear Mrs Viviane,
Thank you for the message ,I understood it very well ,I have to use the authority that God gave me and do like Jesus.
I have to go to the battleship save as many souls and help other people as much as someone one day helped me

I understood and got the Spirit of this message! I am not yet an Assistant in the church but i thank you for sharing this as i can use this to prepare for when God does call me to go deeper into His work! However i will not wait until then i will apply what i have learnt and use it for my youthgroup! Instead of me hiding behind a prayer for the growth if my youthgroup i should go there and be the difference! Make my youthgroup grow by coming up with ideas on how we can grow spiritually and in numbers! Its not enough to just pray, we must take action!

The way you serve God is a reflection of your communion with him. If you know him, you can talk about him, to a person that is suffering. You can hide behind the uniform, not forever just one day you will be exposed.
Do you agree with me?
