Assistant that is a “complainer ” and the one that reports

This week they wrote to me asking, “Luisa , what is the difference between making a complaint and reporting something ?”
Let’s look at the differences:
Complainer
- When I speak of something or someone, for my own benefit ;
- The intention is not good ,but of self-interest ;
- The goal is not to help;
- Behind the complaints there might be bad eyes, jealousy and malice ;
Reporting has a completely different connotation and is linked to:
- The Zeal for the work of God ;
- Fear ;
- The salvation of your soul and that of your neighbor ;
- intelligent Faith;
- When we report something or someone, it’s because firstly our intention is to please God and not be accomplices of sin.
When should I report ?
Whenever you put in jeopardy the work of God and above all your soul and that of your neighbor .

It is very clear, thank you. We should report about things we know are not pleasing to God. If we cover up those things we are also doing wrong in the eyes of God.

This was at the right time that I had to read this message, as lately I was having a battle against myself because of something that happened in God house, a behaviour that witnessed thai thought it wasn’t right before the eyes of God. So I decided to leave it. But then it came back to me as if God been showing me that I needed to do something about it. I did pray about the situation, I did pray for the person but still passing a few months I found that it was still disturbing me on the inside. Thinking about it I didn’t want to report it as I didn’t want to come across as a complainer and as someone that is a teller. But reading this today has made me think differently, and I need to look at it with spiritual eyes and what God would do in my position. I fear my God and I want to protect my salvation. Thank you for the words. We should not be like the church in Revelations that tolerated “Jezebel”… meaning tolerating all the evil that is the done in the work of God and keeping quiet. But we also have to be wise about it and not use emotions and our own personal vendettas. Thanks

Thank you for this message I never understood reporting was needed for this reasons given above . It is important to ensure that the work of God runs smoothly and the correct way. It makes me understand regardless of title or position I still have a part to play in the work of God.

Thank you for this message it helpful, clear and important. When I report someone it shows I not a complainer but my passion for the work of God, my fear and above all how I want to please God
