This health advice was extremely educational. They are very simple foods to include in to my diet. Though I actually read this for my parents whom were both asked to change their eating habits by their physicians, I too have somewhat adjusted my diet to a healthier one 😉 My dad has included the oats as well as avocado. The lemon we use for water and salads. I don’t know the major difference between watercress and cilantro since we tend to use a lot of cilantro but I’ll research that. Thank you, God bless!!
