21 days together?
They say that if someone practices something for 21 consecutive days, the brain recognizes it as a habit.
Although the first 21 days are difficult and you have to make a great effort to perform whatever task, but after, it will become a need for your body. Interesting, isn’t it?
If this theory is true or not, I don’t know. But the fact is that when we are determined to have a better life, to create better habits and persevere against our own wishes and desires of giving up, we will overcome!
On September 23rd, we will commence the 21-day Fast of Daniel and since your spirit will be detoxifying itself from secular news and information of this world in order for it to be strong, then why not also detoxify your body during these 21 days from all processed foods that this world offers?
The goal is to eliminate these types of foods from our diet and add natural foods such as vegetables, fruits, grains, lean meats, water, etc..
Follow this concept: God knew what was best for our bodies and so He created the things we would need to care and nurture it (Read Genesis 1). Eat and enjoy what nature has to offer us.
Here is the 21-day challenge: To eat unprocessed foods for 21 days. Who’s with me?
Until next Wednesday.
