Who is an Excellent Assistant?

Maybe you’re thinking that it’s the assistant that does everything right, that is perfect.
In reality, the Excellent Assistant is the one that has a spirit surrendered to God, that is totally in His dependence and above all, she is ready to let go of personal ideologies.
Thinking on this spirit of excellence, I researched more deeply and I came across the following meaning that gives a more scrutinized look at what it truly means:

1. Any person who is trusted in their responsibilities, follows the truth, justice, and acts with diligence and courage:
- She is that Assistant that is true to her responsibilities, that isn’t distracted, or with her “head in the clouds”;
- She is true and just with the Work of God; she does not condone lying or any other type of deceit;
- She is zealous and is always willing to serve. She is ready! She has no physical laziness and even less spiritually;
- She is brave and not carried away by needless insecurity or shyness
2. Of good character, that is always looking to perfect their way of living:
- She is and assistant with the character of God and her behavior is exemplary wherever she goes, in the church, as well as “behind the scenes”.
3. Problem sovler, wise, and prudent in what they are and in what they do:
- She is an assistant that brings solutions and not problems, in the way of murmuring or complaining.
- She thinks before she acts; she is attentive to herself and in the service/offering she presents to God.
4. One who walks with God, that honors Him and follows His teachings and His virtues:
- She is an Assistant that prioritizes God above all else, and puts in practice everything that she has received from God and His servants;
5. A competent person:
- An assistant that has a capable faith, with quality and intelligence. Which comes from taking an initiative!
With this description, I ask you: Have you been looking, or even thought about this spirit of excellence?

I understand that having an excellent spirit is not about being perfect but rather it’s about total surrender to God.

An Assistant that fears her God,who puts her God first in herlife.Who does not threatened by the threats of the devil.When challenges comes,she remembers the full armour of the spirit. to fight with.The truth is her only langauge. Thank you Sister for this powerful message

What I understand is that an excellent assistant is totally surrendered to God in dilligence, humility and intelligence. It’s not just doing all the works of God well but be spiritually stable, intelligent and sound. I think about the servant with the 5 talents. Invest in the Kingdom of God. Focus our goals on building the Kingdom of God.

As I understand it is not about being perfect. It is about the total surrender to God and the dilligence to perfect my ways. Being intelligent with my faith. I am also thinking of the se4vant with the five talents. Taking initiative, not being laid back and wait till I am being asked or told to do something. It is about my sincere and faithful commitment to God.
