Where is the danger? What really contaminates?

For some time in my heart l became contaminated because of the painful experiences that l faced in my life.
Now I understand that l was surpose to handle those situations differently, for they were meant to teach me more.
Instead of being frustrated as I was,l was supposed to understand and use pure faith. I see that the heart must be monitored by the mind.
This makes me to understand other people in adifferent way when they are going through some hard times in life.
