Have you been taking care of your skin?
I began this post with this question, because if you didn’t know, our skin speaks a lot about us and the care we have with it is visible.
Since there are many women who are not used to doing this, or simply don’t like to, we will learn the basics to skin care. Many of you even know how to do so, but are a bit lazy to take care of your skin, right? Lol
A very important tip is to know your skin, many women still don’t know what their skin type is, so it’s difficult to find the right products to use. I advise you to see a dermatologist because he/she will know what’s best and will give you expert advice.
The first step is to cleanse your skin: Clean your skin every day, always using a suitable product. Using only water is not enough.
If you are the type who doesn’t have much patience for skin care, choose products that are practical.
If you have oily and acne prone skin you need to exfoliate once a week.
If you have skin with sunspots, use a depigmentation cream, and an exfoliating scrub to help remove pigmented skin cells; it will help brighten your skin.
***It is very important to remove your make-up everyday before going to bed.
- Drink lots of water, your skin will thank you, because it will keep your skin hydrated.
- Eat fruits and vegetables, they are essential for healthy skin and slows down aging. Who does not want to look younger?
- Stimulate your skin to produce collagen, using creams containing retinol and alpha hydroxyl acids at night.
- Make homemade masks, they are great for the skin.
In fact, the list for skin care is immense, but I wanted to write about the basic daily skin care routines to maintain healthy skin.
Attention:
Factors that contribute to aging and skin fatigue: stress, for example, greatly harms our skin, the sun, unsuitable products, heavy make-up, and an exaggerated diet. Not to mention sadness, anguish, grief,
resentment, this kind of feelings lead the person to a heavy facial expression, so the best and utmost care that you should have is in your interior, and surely your inner well being will be visible through your skin.
Kisses and take care of yourself.

Thank you Miss for the Tips. By taking care of ourselves also shows what kind of person we are as we take care of ourselves shows that we are a person who takes good care of God’s Temple. That’s very important.

I have decided to put this blog posts into practice and through out this week I have been investing in taking care of my skin by using face masks and face scrubs to help keep my skin looking fresh. In addition to this I have also been focusing on eating more fruit and vegetables as well as drinking plenty of water as I recognize that this is particularly important when caring for my skin.

I do have an oily and acne prone skin so this is helpful – I will now exfoliate every week – once as recommended. Thank you.

This was a really lovely message. I am someone who knows that I need to take a lot more care of my skin but don’t. My skin is very oily so it needs a lot of treatment and deep cleansing/exfoliating.
Eventhough it can be a long process, to be honest it is worth it because afterwards when you see how good your skin looks it will be so rewarding.
This message motivated me to take better care of my skin and to spend more time investing in treatments. Thank you 🙂
