Diary : I didn’t understand quite like that… (Part 8)

The Word of God does not only cause relief at the time, but also brings life and causes a rebound in many ways.

My God, how I was now impressed with the many changes; from the simplest things to the most difficult.

I myself could tell the difference.

I’ve always been terrified of needles. I never liked them because I went through several surgeries and my veins are always very “thin”; often the needle easily “missed” the vein when drawing blood. That traumatized me in such a way that every time I had to draw blood, I could not contain my nervousness. My legs would not stop shaking and I would be super tense, worsening the whole situation. Usually I had to have someone by my side to touch – my mother, husband or a friend – that would make me feel safe. But this year it was not so!

The doctor prescribed me some vaccines to be applied, as a particular vitamin for the body. And he taught Vera the whole procedure so that she herself could apply the injection.

Vera, with courage, prepared the entire process, and when she was ready to give me the vaccine and inject me, the needle gets “jammed” in my skin. It did not come with the same ease as when the doctor applied it. The skin was hard and the needle was rather large.

Vera was in agony and could not do it. I picked up the needle at once and said, “Wait, I’ll do it!” You won’t believe it, but you know what happened to me? The needle went inside in an instant! I was determined when I did it, and the injection did not hurt.

However, it was funny because I applied the injection with faith. I wanted to solve what Vera was not able to solve; to save her the trouble, I applied the injection myself!

See that you can use faith for the most basic things in life. And it works when it is used with courage! I was super nervous about just seeing the needle…now there I was applying it to me … and fast.

I was impressed with the results of drinking the Water of life and solving even the most simplest things.
