Mrs Vivi. I was keeping grudges and hard feelings toward a few people in my life. These bad thoughts still try to come back and when they do I pray for the person. Since doing this I have found that I have more care for them and the hard feelings and bad eyes are getting smaller and smaller every day. Something I learned here is that God gave himself even while we were sinners. Therefore I will give more and care more especially to the ones I feel don’t deserve because in doing this, it’s like rain on my soul.

I can relate to this post because sometimes i also have this heavy feeling
when i see this person who did me wrong in the past, even though i have
forgiven her, it seems that those feeling stil have a hold on me.
I don,t want to feel this way anymore, ik want a clean conscience and i want this heavy feeling to go away. But i understand i also have to take action and do my part.
