Do you know when you plan to start a new career, buy a car, take a trip, get married, send your child to college?

Yeah… The devil also makes plans to block us, make us stop, and make us give up on our dreams and ourselves.

“The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” (John 10: 10)

Problems, difficulties and struggles we all have and always will. From the moment we entered this world, we are subject to all sorts of situations, as the rain falls, it falls for everyone! The difference is not there, but in what we nourish inside and in the reactions we have.

What is the foundation of our goals, dreams and objectives?

There are people who have earned through their efforts and commitment a high place in society, a renowned company, an immeasurable inheritance or have bought a home and have maintained a good employment for years … Regardless of each person’s goal and what they have achieved, there are things that we can’t achieve with the strength of our own arms. Things that goodness can’t get and that money can’t buy: peace and protection. You’ll agree with me that no matter how rich you are you can’t buy health in the last moments of life, and a father or a mother who loves and constantly protect their children doesn’t have the power to prevent accidents and tragedies.

“I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.” (John 15: 5)

We can’t control and dominate everything, all the time. And this is one of the biggest mistakes that we make when we have “freedom” and “independence”.
God doesn’t impose His presence on us, unlike the devil. Many times we think “we can do everything ” until we suffers a setback in life, and with that even the most skeptical or biggest “atheist “appeals to the invisible God, who he has never thought of seeking.

Parents and friends, there is only one truth: God has given us the capacity to do many things, but we can’t do all things on our own! If our plans and dreams are not submitted to God, and we don’t count on His strength and protection daily, we will be at the mercy of negative and destructive forces that rule the world. What security can you give your children if you can’t guarantee one second of your life?

Invest in what is eternal, cultivate your soul and be sure to seek God for yourself and your family. For He is the One with the power to reach where our hands can’t reach and our eyes can’t see!
