Be radical in your faith!

Many have difficulty converting to the Lord Jesus, because they’ve been in the church for some time, know a little about the Word of God, because their parents are examples of faith or for not living a wrongly life—because they feel clean before God!

I’ve also been like that too, until one day the bishop said a verse where my eyes were opened, everything that was dark got clear and I understood!

” Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit.” (John 3: 5)

I used my head at that moment and in seconds I thought,

“I haven’t had an encounter with God, then I won’t enter into the Kingdom of God! So then …. I’m going to hell! But I don’t want to!”

Since then, in actuality, I searched for my salvation and began to understand what, until then, I hadn’t understood!

And often this happens to you: you can’t see that it’s not because you go to church, attend the meetings, are not afraid of the devil, not live in the midst of problems and “grossly sins,” that it means that you’re with God!

None of that! Do not fool yourself! Be radical!

While you don’t see yourself in need of salvation, you cannot enter the Kingdom of God!

  1. My mentality then was this
I go to Church 3/4 times out of the week. I don’t go out, I dont smoke I dont kill so I am good with GOD. I was going by with the Catholic Beliefs thinking I can sin and then ask God for “forgiveness” but the next day id sin again and even worse. Every WEDNESDAY the Pastor talked about SALVATION and about the kingdom of God and id get scared. Clearly I knew right there and then I wasnt right with GOD so I was fooling myself. While I am still alive I have to watch over my Salvation (each and everyday). Stay strong and firm. Not to get comfortable or be fooled.

  3. Thank you mama that is indeed true I remember before I had an encounter with God I used to fool myself saying I’m born of God because I use to be active in every group that I was into at church, until God reviled to me the true that I headed about Him but didn’t know Him, that’s when I humbled myself before Him and i seek His presence sincerely and in that moment which I’ll never forget I got to be in the presence of God for the first time…it was an unforgettable moment of my entire life.

  4. Thank you. Mrs E.R

This article is TRUE and indeed without telling ourselves that we are in need of Salvation. We can not enter the kingdom of God. Thank you something to meditate on.
