11th day – What happens to those who believe and those who do not?

“He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.” (John 3:18-21)

Whoever believes in Him is not condemned!

If you believe and exercise your faith, you do not feel condemned. Your faith is not based on an emotion and you do not feel sad. Instead, when you find your mistakes, you have the conviction inside that you will resolve them, for God is with you and since you are exercising your faith you will participate in purposes, etc.

Now, who does not believe is already condemned!

They feel condemned, frustrated, and their life is a living hell. And this even can be true for those who are inside the Church! Because they do not use their faith they feel unmotivated and accused. The devil speaks to them and they hear his voice more than God!

“…because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.”

This person is already condemned because of their actions and they do not want to surrender themselves, in fact, they do not believe in the power the name of Jesus has.

They feel condemned because there is light and it shows them what is right. The light makes a division and separates what is right and wrong, but “…men loved darkness rather than light.”

This is why they prefer sin, deception, and lies, everything that is wrong. Even though they recognize that what they are doing is bad, they do not see the light as an opportunity, but as an offense. It bothers them!

I’ve dealt with so many people, to whom I have spoken of God that have said, “I do not like to hear this because it bothers me”. Actually, it was the light before them, but since they know that their works are bad, they do not want to let go of their wrong doings. They prefer to cheat, to have lust! They like to look at a man and desire him when they should not. They like to expose themselves, to draw attention, when they know it is wrong. They want to do their own will when they know that it is not the answer.

When you prefer to do your will, the light bothers you, but if you begin to hate the darkness and become pleased with the light that reveals what is wrong. Then, everything will be different!

“But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.”

This type of person is not afraid to see what they are doing wrong, because they want to correct themselves and become righteous before God. They do not want to continue living in sin, they want to see them and correct themselves so they can present themselves to God as a living offering. So their life can be a living sacrifice all the time.

What do you decide? To believe and allow this light to come and solve everything that is wrong, and change? Or choose not to believe, and be annoyed by what you have to do right?

Resolve your life. Those who believe shall not be condemned because they manifest their faith! They will draw close to the light and feel good about themselves. They will be a different person.

Many people say they want the truth, but when they hear it, they feel offended and misunderstood. When you hear the truth, reflect on it and do not act through your feelings, but use your intelligent faith.

Practice the truth and draw close to the light!
