Who do you eat for?
For a long time, I ate what would help me achieve that “mannequin” look. The one the catwalks promote.
I wanted to weigh what my friends weighed. We’d always compare our measurements. We didn’t eat properly and, although we’d “kill ouselves” in the gym and almost “starve ourselves”, we were always frustrated because we would only lose a few grams.
