{"id":20244,"date":"2015-10-28T12:55:05","date_gmt":"2015-10-28T12:55:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.vivianefreitas.com\/fr\/?p=20244"},"modified":"2015-10-28T12:55:56","modified_gmt":"2015-10-28T12:55:56","slug":"vieillir-sainement-a-travers-lalimentation-1ere-partie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vivianefreitas.com\/fr\/2015\/10\/28\/vieillir-sainement-a-travers-lalimentation-1ere-partie\/","title":{"rendered":"Vieillir sainement, \u00e0 travers l\u2019alimentation (1\u00e8re partie)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ce mois d\u2019octobre, on c\u00e9l\u00e8bre le Jour Mondial de l\u2019alimentation, et le th\u00e8me propos\u00e9 pour cette ann\u00e9e c\u2019est \u00ab la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire \u00bb, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que les aliments peuvent contenir des bact\u00e9ries nocives, des virus, des parasites ou des substances chimiques, responsables par la grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de maladies.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OMS indique cinq r\u00e8gles pour une alimentation plus s\u00fbr:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Bien laver les aliments;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Conserver les aliments crus et cuits s\u00e9par\u00e9ment ;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Cuisiner bien les aliments;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Conserver les aliments dans des temp\u00e9ratures sures ;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Utiliser l\u2019eau potable.<\/p>\n<p>Des bonnes habitudes alimentaires doivent \u00eatre adopter tous les jours par chacun de nous, avec l\u2019objectif de diminuer les risques de maladies caus\u00e9s par le d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre nutritionnel, tels que l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9, les maladies cardiovasculaires, les diab\u00e8tes, le cancer entre autres.<\/p>\n<p>Il se comprend par d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre nutritionnel, l\u2019exc\u00e8s et\/ou l\u2019insuffisance de nutriments tels que les hydrates de carbone, les prot\u00e9ines et les lipides) et les nutriments tels que les min\u00e9raux et les vitamines, au del\u00e0 de l\u2019exc\u00e8s des additifs chimiques alimentaires ajout\u00e9s, tels les \u00e9dulcorants artificiels et les toxiques, dans notre organisme.<\/p>\n<p>Un concept important nomm\u00e9 \u00ab vari\u00e9t\u00e9 alimentaire \u00bb, sugg\u00e8re inclure tous les groupes alimentaires dans l\u2019alimentation quotidienne, sans les ing\u00e9rer tous le m\u00eame jour, mais que ce soit une habitude alimentaire, en assurant de cette fa\u00e7on, les apports des nutriments n\u00e9cessaires pour une bonne sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il revient \u00e0 chacun de nous, avoir la notion exacte du grand besoin de cette \u00ab vari\u00e9t\u00e9 alimentaire \u00bb et faire les meilleurs choix.
