Le probl\u00e8me se pose lorsque les niveaux d&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 entrent en d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre et r\u00e9v\u00e8lent des sympt\u00f4mes m\u00eame mena\u00e7ants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Certains des sympt\u00f4mes les plus communs provoqu\u00e9s par l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 sont:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diverses phobies;<\/li>\n<li>Peur de parler en public;<\/li>\n<li>Les attaques de panique;<\/li>\n<li>Peur de tout ce qui l&rsquo;entoure;<\/li>\n<li>La peur constante de ne pas \u00eatre en mesure d&rsquo;effectuer leurs t\u00e2ches quotidiennes;<\/li>\n<li>Difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 dormir;<\/li>\n<li>Vertiges;<\/li>\n<li>La tension musculaire;<\/li>\n<li>Douleurs thoraciques et des palpitations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tous ces sympt\u00f4mes, et beaucoup plus, associ\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 incontr\u00f4l\u00e9e, ils enl\u00e8vent la qualit\u00e9 de vie et limitent la vie au jour le jour de gens qui ne peuvent pas contr\u00f4ler les effets de cette r\u00e9action physiologique, comportementale, \u00e9motionnelle et psychologique de notre corps.<\/p>\n<p>Donc, si l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 commence par des pens\u00e9es, par ce que nous voyons et ressentons, ce qui en fait un \u00e9tat sain d&rsquo;alerte et prudente un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre avec un effet d\u00e9vastateur, cela signifie que nous sommes, bien plus que les m\u00e9dicaments que vous devez prendre le contr\u00f4le de la situation!<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Cela est bien facile \u00e0 dire\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> Beaucoup peuvent penser, mais je vais vous montrer certaines d\u00e9cisions et les <strong>ATTITUDES<\/strong> quotidiennes qui collaborent d&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re efficace pour combattre l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Prenez \u00ab\u00a0mains\u00a0\u00bb de vos pens\u00e9es.
