Cependant, suite \u00e0 la tendance humaine, nombreux sont ceux qui insistent sur enfreindre les r\u00e8gles, ce qui rend in\u00e9vitable que surgissent les cons\u00e9quences de cette d\u00e9cision!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Et quelles sont les cons\u00e9quences pour ceux qui ne dorment pas assez?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perte de m\u00e9moire<\/li>\n<li>Difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 se concentrer<\/li>\n<li>Vision en tunnel ou floue<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9duction de l&rsquo;immunit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Cela m\u00e8ne \u00e0 l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 et au diab\u00e8te<\/li>\n<li>Peut entra\u00eener des probl\u00e8mes cardiaques et d&rsquo;hypertension<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour \u00e9viter tous ces sympt\u00f4mes et d&rsquo;autres qui ne sont pas mentionn\u00e9es, nous devons respecter le fait que notre corps a besoin de dormir de 7-8 heures pour les adultes.<\/p>\n<p>Il est tr\u00e8s important aussi regarder quelques conseils qui nous aiderons \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0recharger les batteries\u00a0\u00bb d&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re plus efficace.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nous pouvons commencer par analyser le lieu o\u00f9 nous nous reposons.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nous avons besoin d&rsquo;un environnement agr\u00e9able, propre, calme et sombre;<\/li>\n<li>Le confort du matelas et la position dans laquelle nous dormons influe \u00e9galement sur la qualit\u00e9 du sommeil, de sorte que nous devons \u00e9valuer la meilleure option pour nous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, examiner la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9organiser, si n\u00e9cessaire, votre chambre pour qu\u2019il ait un environnement plus relaxant.<\/p>\n<p>Maintenant, nous allons voir ce que peut nous aider \u00e0 avoir un sommeil plus paisible et rafra\u00eechissant:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> \u00a0 Les jours o\u00f9 vous ne soyez pas au lit \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure habituelle \u00e0 cause de certains compromis qui consomment votre temps, ne vous inqui\u00e9tez pas au sujet du temps que vous allez vous coucher, ne comptez pas combien d&rsquo;heures vous allez dormir. Dans les deux cas cela va perturber votre sommeil;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> \u00a0 \u00c9vitez de boire beaucoup de liquides avant le coucher pour \u00e9viter de se lever plusieurs fois pour aller \u00e0 la toilette interrompant ainsi votre sommeil;<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> \u00a0 Essayez d&rsquo;\u00e9viter de se coucher \u00e0 regarder la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, jouer ou naviguer \u00e0 travers les r\u00e9seaux sociaux. Certes, lorsque vous \u00e9teignez tout et vous voudrez dormir votre cerveau sera tellement \u00e9veill\u00e9 qui vous aurez des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 vous endormir.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 tout ce que nous avons partag\u00e9 ici, chacun a son \u00abrituel\u00bb pour dormir et de habitudes de vie. Donc je lance ici un d\u00e9fi!<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\u00c9valuez votre routine de repos, pensez comment vous pouvez l\u2019am\u00e9liorer et reformuler certaines habitudes<\/strong><\/em> (si vous voyez que cela vous apportera une meilleure qualit\u00e9 de repos).
