{"id":19837,"date":"2015-07-08T08:00:37","date_gmt":"2015-07-08T08:00:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.vivianefreitas.com\/fr\/?p=19837"},"modified":"2015-07-07T16:46:40","modified_gmt":"2015-07-07T16:46:40","slug":"la-peau-de-quoi-a-t-elle-besoin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vivianefreitas.com\/fr\/2015\/07\/08\/la-peau-de-quoi-a-t-elle-besoin\/","title":{"rendered":"La peau, de quoi a-t-elle besoin ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Avec l&rsquo;\u00c9t\u00e9, on a besoin de prendre bien soin de notre peau.<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nPour cela, je vous laisse maintenant quelques conseils simples qui peuvent aider \u00e0 prendre soin et \u00e0 \u00abnourrir\u00bb votre peau, pour la prot\u00e9ger contre les dangers de l&rsquo;exposition au soleil.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis notre enfance, nous savons que le danger d&rsquo;\u00eatre exposer de nombreuses d&rsquo;heures au soleil, aller \u00e0 la plage ou \u00e0 la piscine dans les heures critiques de la chaleur, ne pas appliquer la cr\u00e8me solaire ad\u00e9quate \u00e0 notre type de peau, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, m\u00eame si, chaque ann\u00e9e augmente le nombre de cas de coups de soleil, les d\u00e9shydratation, le cancer de la peau et autres pathologies caus\u00e9es par la n\u00e9gligence avec le plus grand organe du corps, notre peau!<\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;autre part, les soins de la peau ne doivent pas \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9s seulement en \u00e9t\u00e9, mais toute l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, de sorte que lorsque les beaux jours arrivent et l&rsquo;exigence des conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques n\u00e9cessitent notre corps \u00e0 r\u00e9agir, il pourrait \u00eatre pr\u00eat \u00e0 rester en bonne sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 le texte en indiquant que la peau se \u00abnourrit\u00bb aussi et il est vrai. \u00ab\u00a0Mais comment?\u00a0\u00bb vous devez vous demander.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Tout en donnant priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 certains aliments.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Citrus, parce qu&rsquo;ils sont riches en vitamine C;<\/li>\n<li>Fruits et l\u00e9gumes, en particulier la patate douce, la tomate, le melon, le kiwi et la p\u00eache;<\/li>\n<li>La vitamine A comme le cresson, les \u00e9pinards et le brocoli;<\/li>\n<li>Citrouille, les abricots et les carottes en raison de b\u00eata-carot\u00e8ne;<\/li>\n<li>Omega 3 qui peut \u00eatre trouv\u00e9 dans le thon, le saumon et les sardines;<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e9l\u00e9nium, qui trouve dans les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, les noix du par\u00e1 et per\u00fa;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de ces soins alimentaires, nous ne devons pas n\u00e9gliger l&rsquo;hydratation, boire environ 2 litres d&rsquo;eau par jour et \u00e9viter une grande exposition au soleil.<\/p>\n<p>Certains vont se demander: \u00abEt la vitamine D que nous gagnant en prenons du soleil?
