{"id":19753,"date":"2015-06-17T09:55:23","date_gmt":"2015-06-17T09:55:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.vivianefreitas.com\/fr\/?p=19753"},"modified":"2015-06-17T09:55:23","modified_gmt":"2015-06-17T09:55:23","slug":"jambes-lourdes-fatigue-ou-maladie-chronique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vivianefreitas.com\/fr\/2015\/06\/17\/jambes-lourdes-fatigue-ou-maladie-chronique\/","title":{"rendered":"Jambes lourdes, fatigue ou maladie chronique?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Nous avons tous d\u00e9j\u00e0 ressenti un poids, des picotements ou des douleurs dans les jambes<\/em>, mais habituellement elles sont associ\u00e9es aux nombreuses heures, nous sommes debout ou assis dans la m\u00eame position, et dans certains cas, des talons tr\u00e8s hauts ou trop bas sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme \u00abcoupables\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En fait, toutes ces situations sont les causes qui produisent un manque de confort dans les jambes le soir, mais ne sont pas la seule cause possible pour cette question qui touche de nombreuses femmes.<\/p>\n<p>Comme la preuve qu&rsquo;ils ne s&rsquo;agit pas que de mauvaises postures quotidiennes, ni des chaussures qui causent des douleurs terribles, 80% des cas de jambes lourdes sont d\u00e9riv\u00e9es de probl\u00e8mes dans le syst\u00e8me veineux.<\/p>\n<p>Cette semaine nous parlons des signes que nous devons tous \u00eatre conscients et mauvaises habitudes qui peuvent \u00eatre corrig\u00e9es pour permettre \u00e0 un bien-\u00eatre \u00e0 la fin de la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque ces sympt\u00f4mes persistent, vous devriez voir un m\u00e9decin:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pieds, les chevilles et les mollets souvent tr\u00e8s enfl\u00e9s;<\/li>\n<li>Picotements persistants, emp\u00eachant parfois quelques mouvements des pieds ou des jambes;<\/li>\n<li>Des crampes fr\u00e9quentes;<\/li>\n<li>Une douleur intense, obstacle \u00e0 la marche;<\/li>\n<li>Difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 rester dans la m\u00eame position lorsque vous \u00eates assis;<\/li>\n<li>Varices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ce dernier, affectant plus l&rsquo;univers plus f\u00e9minin par des probl\u00e8mes hormonaux et \u00e9tant des groupes de risque g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques, les femmes enceintes et m\u00e9nopaus\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Quelles sont les mauvaises habitudes que dois-je combattre?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Croisez vos jambes souvent;<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.6471;\">Le manque d&rsquo;exercice;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.6471;\">De nombreuses heures assis dans la m\u00eame position;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.6471;\">Le surpoids;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.6471;\">Une exposition prolong\u00e9e au soleil.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Comme nous pouvons le voir, \u00e0 la fois dans les sympt\u00f4mes et les mauvaises habitudes, nous trouvons les mots: \u00abSouvent, l&rsquo;exc\u00e8s, le manque de TR\u00c8S\u00a0\u00bb, \u00e0 savoir qu&rsquo;elles sont des actions r\u00e9p\u00e9titives qui d\u00e9t\u00e9riorent notre bien-\u00eatre.<\/p>\n<p>Mais comment les combattre ou les att\u00e9nuer?
