Dans la majorit\u00e9 des cas, les recommandations m\u00e9dicales ne vous emp\u00eachent pas totalement, mais vous pouvez devoir r\u00e9duire le parcours ou faire attention \u00e0 quelques soins, comme nous allons en parl\u00e9s aujourd&rsquo;hui;<\/p>\n<p>Faites des \u00e9chauffements des membres inf\u00e9rieurs et sup\u00e9rieurs. M\u00eame si vous marcher dans un tapis e course, il est tr\u00e8s important pour \u00e9viter des l\u00e9sions musculaires;<\/p>\n<p>Equilibre lors du choix d&rsquo;un parcours, ceci dit, si vous \u00eates d\u00e9butant vous devez commencer par des parcours plus courts et de sol rocheux;<br \/>\nPers\u00e9v\u00e9rance: D\u00e9cidez combien de jours par semaine vous allez faire de la marche et ne vous arr\u00eates pas;<\/p>\n<p>Ne marchez pas en je\u00fbne et ni apr\u00e8s avoir bien manger;<br \/>\nUtilisez des habits l\u00e9gers et chaussures confortable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PENDANT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hydratez-vous, ne marchez jamais sans boire de l&rsquo;eau;<br \/>\nChanger le rythme de votre promenade pendant, ce n&rsquo;est pas une promenade, c&rsquo;est un exercice physique;<\/p>\n<p>Choisissez des parcours diff\u00e9rents, vous obtiendrez une meilleure r\u00e9sistance physique;<br \/>\nMaintenez une posture correcte pour ne pas mettre trop de poids sur votre colonne vert\u00e9brale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>APRES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Terminer votre promenade avec des \u00e9chauffements, \u00e0 nouveau des membres inf\u00e9rieurs et sup\u00e9rieurs;<br \/>\nHydratez-vous. Buvez des liquides surtout sans sucre.<\/p>\n<p>De cette fa\u00e7on vous atteindrez les r\u00e9sultats attendus, qu&rsquo;on en a parl\u00e9 la semaine derni\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Motivez-vous \u00e0
