Vous devez vous demander&#8230; Oui, je vous r\u00e9ponds!<br \/>\nEnsemble nous allons voir une fa\u00e7on SIMPLE de commencer \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre quelques questions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marcher est la formule, parce que la marche permet:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\t<strong>\u2022<\/strong> Am\u00e9liorer la circulation sanguine ou augmenter le flux de sang dans les vaisseaux sanguins qui se r\u00e9pandent et la pression diminue, ce qui permet d&rsquo;\u00e9quilibrer la pression art\u00e9rielle. Ceci est un fort alli\u00e9 pour diminuer la probabilit\u00e9 de maladies cardiovasculaires;<\/p>\n<p>\t<strong>\u2022<\/strong> Optimiser la fonction respiratoire, les impuret\u00e9s sont expuls\u00e9es par les poumons ce qui permet une respiration de bonne qualit\u00e9. Quant aux bronches, il y a aussi des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices, qui permet la dilatation des m\u00eame pour pr\u00e9venir quelques inflammations de mes voies respiratoires;<\/p>\n<p>\t<strong>\u2022<\/strong> Fortifier les muscles, surtout les membres inf\u00e9rieurs aide \u00e0 une posture corporelle plus correcte et diminue le manque de confort que l&rsquo;on sent parfois dans la zone lombaire et cervicale;<\/p>\n<p>\t<strong>\u2022<\/strong> Combattre et diminuer le risque d&rsquo;ost\u00e9oporose, une fois que les stimules provoqu\u00e9s d\u00fb \u00e0 l&rsquo;impact des pieds sur le sol, facilitent l&rsquo;absorption du calcium et cela permet que nos os soient plus r\u00e9sistants;<\/p>\n<p>\t<strong>\u2022<\/strong> Un bien-\u00eatre qui aide notre organisme \u00e0 combattre les probl\u00e8mes neurologiques comme la d\u00e9pression, l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, les nerfs et les probl\u00e8mes d&rsquo;estime de soi. L&rsquo;adr\u00e9naline produite pendant la marche permet que le corps reste plus actif pendant la journ\u00e9e, ce qui \u00e9loigne la somnolence et am\u00e9liore la qualit\u00e9 de notre sommeille
