Ing\u00e9rer plus de liquide, surtout de l\u2019eau \u2013 minimum 1litre et demi d\u2019eau par jour<\/p>\n<p>2. Dans le pays du caf\u00e9, prendre l\u2019habitude de boire du th\u00e9. Ce n\u2019est pas facile, mais le th\u00e9 est id\u00e9al pour ceux qu\u2019ont la r\u00e9tention d\u2019eau. Essayez le th\u00e9 de camomille, hibiscus, pr\u00eale, foulque macroule et fruits rouges.  Sont des diur\u00e9tiques et aident \u00e0 \u00e9liminer les toxines du corps.<br \/>\n3. R\u00e9duire le sel. En plus d\u2019aider \u00e0 retenir plus de liquide dans le corps, est aussi dangereux pour la pression art\u00e9rielle. Diminuez et, pour ne pas perdre la saveur des aliments utilisez des herbes plus fra\u00eeches ou s\u00e8ches comme le persil, la ciboulette, basilic,  noix de muscade, le thym, la coriandre, le poivre rouge, la cannelle et le gingembre, etc.<\/p>\n<p>4. Si vous n\u2019arrivez pas rester \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cart des aliments industrialis\u00e9s, au moins mettrez des r\u00e8gles pour les manger qu\u2019une fois par semaine.  Plus saine sera votre alimentation, meilleure sera la capacit\u00e9 de drainage du corps. <\/p>\n<p>5. Les l\u00e9gumes qu\u2019ont un grand pouvoir diur\u00e9tique sont  le c\u00e9leri, le persil, la chayotte, le cresson et le concombre, le chou, les tomates, l\u2019aubergine, la carotte, les asperges, l\u2019artichaut et laitue. Augmentez votre consommation de ces d\u00e9lices\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>6. O L\u2019exercice physique est super important pour le bon fonctionnement de l\u2019organisme.  Pratiquez 30 minutes de marche 3-4 fois par semaine.  Cela contribue grandement \u00e0 \u00e9liminer les toxines du corps. <\/p>\n<p>7. A Le drainage lymphatique avec un sp\u00e9cialiste est une bonne option aussi. En plus de se d\u00e9tendre aide vraiment dans le drainage des liquides et les toxines du corps.<\/p>\n<p>8. Pour le massage chez vous nous avons aussi une option\u00a0: en premier marchez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sur une balle de tennis en faisant des mouvements circulaires. Puis, avec une bonne cr\u00e8me hydratante ou anticellulite faites toujours un mouvement de bas en haut de la jambe jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la r\u00e9gion de l\u2019aine. Faites ceci plusieurs fois. Dans le ventre bien frotter en mouvements circulaires et apr\u00e8s, passez votre main comme si tout essuyant en menant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l\u2019aine. Vous vous sentirez beaucoup plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re. <\/p>\n<p>9. Jamais s\u2019auto m\u00e9dique avec des produits diur\u00e9tiques.<\/p>\n<p>10.
