Vous pouvez r\u00e2per la carotte et cuire ensemble, ajouter aussi les pois ou le ma\u00efs.\u00a0 Vous pouvez servir chaud ou froid, en salade, en ajoutant des l\u00e9gumes, et peut \u00e9galement ajouter un peu dans votre soupe pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e, remplacent ainsi le riz ou la p\u00e2te.<br \/>\nLa nutritionniste Julie Wilcox une liste de sept b\u00e9n\u00e9fices du quinoa\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Le Quinoa est l\u2019un des aliments les plus riches en prot\u00e9ines. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une prot\u00e9ine compl\u00e8te que contient tous les neufs acides amin\u00e9s. La prot\u00e9ine est, apr\u00e8s l\u2019eau, l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment le plus important pour les \u00eatre vivants.<\/p>\n<p>.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Le Quinoa contient presque deux fois plus de fibres que la plupart des autres c\u00e9r\u00e9ales. <\/p>\n<p>.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Le Quinoa contient du fer. Le fer aide \u00e0 maintenir les globules rouges, en bonne sant\u00e9 et sont la base de la formation de l\u2019h\u00e9moglobine.  Elle est responsable pour le transport de l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne d\u2019une cellule \u00e0 une autre, et fournit l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne vers les muscles, en aidant \u00e0 leur contraction. Le fer aussi augmente le fonctionnement du cerveau, parce que le cerveau prend environ 20% de notre oxyg\u00e8ne dans le sang.<\/p>\n<p>.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Le Quinoa contient lysine. La lysine est  principalement essentielle pour la croissance et la r\u00e9paration des tissus.<\/p>\n<p>.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Le Quinoa est riche un magn\u00e9sium. Le magn\u00e9sium aide \u00e0 d\u00e9tendre les vaisseaux sanguins et, ainsi, soulage les migraines. Le magn\u00e9sium peut aussi r\u00e9duire  le diab\u00e8te type 2, permettant le contr\u00f4le de la glyc\u00e9mie. Autres b\u00e9n\u00e9fices du magn\u00e9sium pour la sant\u00e9, comprennent la transmission de l\u2019influx nerveux, r\u00e9gulation de la temp\u00e9rature corporelle,  d\u00e9sintoxication, la production de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, dans la formation des os et des dents saines.<\/p>\n<p>.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Le Quinoa\u00a0a un haut niveau de riboflavine (B2). La vitamine B2 am\u00e9liore le m\u00e9tabolisme dans les cellules musculaires et c\u00e9r\u00e9brales et est connue pour contribuer \u00e0 la production d\u2019\u00e9nergie appropri\u00e9e dans les cellules.<\/p>\n<p>.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Le Quinoa a un fort teneur en mangan\u00e8se.
