C\u2019est donc ainsi que je vois cet espace sp\u00e9cial pour parler de sant\u00e9 et bien-\u00eatre. Voyez les nutriments et les avantages que chacun apporte \u00e0 notre sant\u00e9, et tous cr\u00e9\u00e9s par notre Dieu. Vous \u00eates d\u2019accord?<\/p>\n<p>1-<strong>Quinoa<\/strong>: c\u2019est une c\u00e9r\u00e9ale avec une valeur nutritionnelle \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme le meilleur aliment d\u2019origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale pour la consommation humaine. Elle est une source d&rsquo;acides amin\u00e9s, de prot\u00e9ines, de vitamines, de min\u00e9raux, de fibres, d\u2019acides gras om\u00e9ga-3 et 6, permet de minimiser les effets de la m\u00e9nopause et le syndrome pr\u00e9menstruel. Contribue \u00e9galement \u00e0 la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des fibres musculaires apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;exercice physique, en plus de cela n\u2019est pas gras. Alors, que diriez-vous d&rsquo;un bon steak avec un verre de jus d&rsquo;orange?<\/p>\n<p>5-<strong>Feuilles vertes-sombre:<\/strong> source de chlorophylle (qu\u2019\u00e9limine les toxines, nettoie l&rsquo;intestin et augmente l&rsquo;immunit\u00e9), ces petites feuilles am\u00e9liorent la circulation, elles ont des vitamines du complexe B, A et C, ainsi que du fer, du calcium et d&rsquo;acide folique.<\/p>\n<p>6-<strong>Patate douce<\/strong>: Source de vitamine A, renforce le syst\u00e8me immunitaire, et a \u00e9galement des fibres, en donnent la sensation de sati\u00e9t\u00e9. Elle est un hydrate de carbone, mais a un faible indice glyc\u00e9mique (pour savoir plus \u00e0 ce sujet). Mais mangez-les avec mod\u00e9ration, parce que si vous ne pratiquez pas une activit\u00e9 physique peut vous faire grossir.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a beaucoup d&rsquo;autres aliments importants pour votre r\u00e9gime, mais en introduisant certains dans votre journ\u00e9e quotidienne, vous remarquerez la diff\u00e9rence dans votre corps.
