A cause de la modernisation de nos vies et carri\u00e8res, la vie se r\u00e9sume souvent entre aller de chez nous au travail, du travail \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole, \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9glise, ou \u00e0 la maison. <\/p><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Nombreux sont ceux que n\u2019ont pas le temps pour une promenade \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, et l\u2019option c\u2019est la machine d\u2019exercice dans le salon. Cependant, il n\u2019y a pas longtemps, les gens travaillaient plus \u00e0 plein air, les enfants jouaient dans la rue (raret\u00e9 dans nos jours, n\u2019est-ce pas ?) et, ainsi, elles avaient une exposition \u00e0 la plus grande source naturelle de la Vitamine D : le soleil.<\/p>\n<p>La vitamine D est \u00ab super \u00bb importante, et essentielle, pour l\u2019\u00e9quilibre des diff\u00e9rents organes et fonctions de l\u2019organisme. Responsable pour r\u00e9gler l\u2019absorption du calcium et du phosphore, elle maintient le parfait fonctionnement du cerveau, d\u2019ailleurs elle fortifie les os, les dents et les muscles \u2013 y compris le c\u0153ur. Elle est importante dans la pr\u00e9vention de l\u2019ost\u00e9oporose et peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019esp\u00e9rance de vie. <\/p>\n<p>Comme la lumi\u00e8re du soleil est la principale source de la vitamine D, notre vie \u00ab renferm\u00e9e \u00bb nous prive de l\u2019acqu\u00e9rir naturellement. Il est clair que l\u2019exposition au soleil ne peut pas \u00eatre exag\u00e9r\u00e9e, \u00e0 cause des l\u00e9sions que les rayons du soleil peuvent provoquer sur la peau, donc, dix minutes par jour seront suffisantes. Une simple marche \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur nous ferait d\u00e9j\u00e0  tr\u00e8s bien, en tenant compte qu\u2019il est n\u00e9cessaire avoir quelque  exposition de la peau au soleil (les bras ou les jambes) pour une meilleure absorption.<\/p>\n<p>Les enqu\u00eates indiquent que le manque en Vitamine D au Br\u00e9sil se trouve en :<br \/>\n\u25aa                60% des adolescents<br \/>\n\u25aa                Entre 40% et 58% parmi les jeunes adultes<br \/>\n\u25aa                Entre 42% et 83% parmi les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9s <\/p>\n<p>Actuellement, il existe des compl\u00e9ments alimentaires pour compenser le manque de la vitamine D dans le corps. Mais rien de s\u2019autom\u00e9diquer ! Avant d\u2019essayer les suppl\u00e9ments, cherchez votre m\u00e9decin. Dans une simple prise de sang, vous pouvez savoir si votre niveau de vitamine D est faible ou id\u00e9al. Demandez cette analyse dans votre prochain rendez-vous. Les taux entre 30 et 74 ng\/ml sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s normales. <\/p>\n<p>En attendant, faites un r\u00e9gime riche en poissons gras d\u2019eau froide et profonde (comme le thon et le saumon), avec des fongus comestibles (tels que des champignons), avec du beurre, jaune d\u2019\u0153uf et foie. Et bien s\u00fbr, un peu de soleil si vous le pouvez.<\/p>\n<p>Maintenant nous savons la raison d\u2019avoir une tr\u00e8s bonne sensation, lorsque nous sommes sous le soleil \u2026 Le soleil avec mod\u00e9ration apporte la sant\u00e9 !<\/p>\n<p>A
