importancia de leer las etiquetas (parte 2)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La semana pasada verificamos qu\u00e9 informaciones podemos obtener si prestamos m\u00e1s atenci\u00f3n a las etiquetas de los embalajes que compramos.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Hoy vamos a observar m\u00e1s de cerca las etiquetas y a verificar ingredientes inesperados y disfrazados.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>El az\u00facar, por ejemplo, que muchos creen que apenas ingieren cuando endulzan sus bebidas o comen bollos y chocolates, en muchos casos aparece en cantidades asustadoras en otros alimentos, del d\u00eda a d\u00eda en diversas familias.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Leer las etiquetas de los siguientes productos y comprobad:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>K\u00e9tchup (aprox. 4 gramos por cada cucharada sopera)<\/li>\n<li>Salsas para pasta (aprox. 12 gramos por porci\u00f3n)<\/li>\n<li>Salsas para ensalada (aprox. 7 gramos por porci\u00f3n)<\/li>\n<li>Pan de molde (3 a 5 gramos de az\u00facar por porci\u00f3n)<\/li>\n<li>Refrescos (la media de10 cucharadas de te en una lata peque\u00f1a)<\/li>\n<li>Manzanas rojas (tiene una media de 20 gramos de az\u00facar natural)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de los ingredientes \u201cinesperados\u201d como el az\u00facar, existen tambi\u00e9n los ingredientes \u201cdisfrazados\u201d, es decir, aquellos que la existencia no est\u00e1 descrita de forma muy clara, como es el caso de la leche.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00bfQuer\u00e9is que os lo pruebe?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pues bien, si le\u00e9is en una etiqueta que hace parte de los ingredientes, bebida l\u00e1ctea, compuesto l\u00e1cteo, prote\u00edna l\u00e1cteo, caseinato de calcio, lactoferrina, colorante de caramelo, y sois intolerantes a la lactosa, es preferible no consumir ese producto.<\/p>\n<p>Siendo as\u00ed, aunque eso signifique \u201cperder\u201d m\u00e1s tiempo en las compras, lee con atenci\u00f3n las etiquetas de los productos de compra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Si tienes intolerancia a
