{"id":19929,"date":"2015-05-13T12:39:22","date_gmt":"2015-05-13T11:39:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.vivianefreitas.com\/es\/?p=19929"},"modified":"2015-05-14T16:42:37","modified_gmt":"2015-05-14T15:42:37","slug":"salud-los-beneficios-de-caminar-parte-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vivianefreitas.com\/es\/salud-los-beneficios-de-caminar-parte-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Salud: Los beneficios de caminar (Parte 2)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><p class=\"intro\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 cuidados debemos tener ANTES, DURANTE y DESPU\u00c9S  de caminar?<\/p><br \/>\nCaminar exige que observemos como estamos f\u00edsicamente y que nos preparemos para el tipo de caminata que nos hemos propuesto hacer.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cPero, \u00bfc\u00f3mo?\u201d<\/em> Os preguntareis\u2026.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cNo puedo s\u00f3lo ponerme unas zapatillas y salir a la calle con el objetivo de caminar?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Poder puedes, \u00a1pero no traer\u00e1 tantos beneficios como los que alcanzar\u00e1s si organizas tu caminata!<\/p>\n<p>Vamos a organizarnos entonces\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>ANTES  de cualquier caminata es importante:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7  Saber con tu m\u00e9dico si no tienes ninguna restricci\u00f3n f\u00edsica. La mayor\u00eda de veces, las recomendaciones m\u00e9dicas no significan una imposibilidad total, sino una reducci\u00f3n del recorrido o la observaci\u00f3n de cuidados a\u00f1adidos a los que vamos a a\u00f1adir hoy;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7  Efectuar estiramientos de los miembros inferiores y superiores. Aunque vayas a caminar en la cinta, este punto es de extrema importancia para evitar lesiones musculares;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7  Equilibrio en la elecci\u00f3n del recorrido, es decir, si eres principiante debes comenzar con la elecci\u00f3n de recorridos m\u00e1s cortos y de suelo menos inclinado;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7  Perseverancia: decide cu\u00e1ntos d\u00edas a la semana har\u00e1s tu caminata y no te desanimes;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7  No camines en ayuno, ni despu\u00e9s de haber efectuado una comida \u201cpesada\u201d;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7  Usa ropa leve y calzado c\u00f3modo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DURANTE: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7    Hidr\u00e1tate, nunca camines sin beber agua;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7   Altera el ritmo de la caminata durante la misma, interioriza que no es un paseo, sino un ejercicio f\u00edsico;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7  Escoge recorridos diferentes, de esta forma conseguir\u00e1s una mejor resistencia f\u00edsica;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7  Mant\u00e9n una postura correcta para no esforzar la columna.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DESPU\u00c9S: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7  Termina tu caminata nuevamente con estiramientos de los miembros inferiores e superiores;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7  Hidr\u00e1tate, ingiriendo l\u00edquidos preferentemente sin az\u00facar.<\/p>\n<p>De esta forma alcanzar\u00e1s los resultados esperados, de los cu\u00e1les hablamos en el art\u00edculo de la semana pasada.<\/p>\n<p>Mot\u00edvate a caminar, incentiva a tus amigos a salir del sedentarismo \u00a1e incluye en tu d\u00eda a d\u00eda h\u00e1bitos
