{"id":19875,"date":"2015-05-06T10:53:53","date_gmt":"2015-05-06T09:53:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.vivianefreitas.com\/es\/?p=19875"},"modified":"2015-05-14T17:06:25","modified_gmt":"2015-05-14T16:06:25","slug":"salud-los-beneficios-de-caminar-parte-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vivianefreitas.com\/es\/salud-los-beneficios-de-caminar-parte-1\/","title":{"rendered":"Salud: Los beneficios de caminar (Parte 1)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"intro\">C\u00f3mo un movimiento tan simple e instintivo puede mejorar tanto nuestra vida\u2026<\/p>\n<p><em>Si, es verdad<\/em>\u2026 <b>\u00a1caminar trae inmensos beneficios!<\/b><\/p>\n<p>En este primer art\u00edculo hablaremos de los innumerables beneficios que el h\u00e1bito de caminar produce a nuestra salud, probando as\u00ed que la mejor\u00eda de calidad de vida y la resoluci\u00f3n de varias patolog\u00edas cl\u00ednicas est\u00e1 al alcance de todos.<\/p>\n<p>Muchas veces, ponemos obst\u00e1culos para resolver cuestiones \u201csimples\u201d de nuestra vida, como el hecho de no poder ir al gimnasio, no tener condiciones para pagar una consulta con un nutricionista, no dominar nuestra ansiedad, o tener dificultad de elevar nuestro autoestima.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfSencillo? Os pregunt\u00e1is\u2026 \u00a1Si, es la respuesta!<\/p>\n<p>Vamos juntas a observar una forma sencilla de iniciar la resoluci\u00f3n de algunas de estas cuestiones.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caminar es la f\u00f3rmula, porque la caminata te permite:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\t<strong>\u2022<\/strong>  Mejorar la circulaci\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea, es decir, debido al aumento de flujo de sangre, los vasos sangu\u00edneos se expanden y la presi\u00f3n disminuye, equilibrando de esta forma tambi\u00e9n la presi\u00f3n arterial.<br \/>\nSiendo un fuerte aliado en la disminuci\u00f3n de la probabilidad de enfermedades cardiovasculares;<\/p>\n<p>\t<strong>\u2022<\/strong> Optimizar la funci\u00f3n respiratoria, con la mejor\u00eda de los cambios de gases, buena parte de las impurezas es expulsada de los pulmones, permitiendo una respiraci\u00f3n de calidad. En lo que se refiere a los bronquios, tambi\u00e9n existen beneficios, una vez que ayuda en la dilataci\u00f3n de los mismos, previniendo algunas inflamaciones de las v\u00edas respiratorias;<\/p>\n<p> \t<strong>\u2022<\/strong> Fortalecer los m\u00fasculos, en especial los de los miembros inferiores, contribuyendo para una postura corporal m\u00e1s correcta y disminuyendo la incomodidad, a veces sinti\u00e9ndolos en la zona lumbar y cervical;<\/p>\n<p> \t<strong>\u2022<\/strong> Combatir y disminuir el riesgo de osteoporosis, una vez que los est\u00edmulos provocados por el impacto de los pies en el suelo, facilitan la absorci\u00f3n de calcio, haciendo los huesos m\u00e1s resistentes;<\/p>\n<p> \t<strong>\u2022<\/strong> Una sensaci\u00f3n de bien estar que colabora con el organismo en el combate de problemas del foro neurol\u00f3gico, como la depresi\u00f3n, ansiedad, nerviosismo y problemas de autoestima. Este tambi\u00e9n esta sumado a los est\u00edmulos que nuestro cerebro recibe al caminar, colabora para una mejor\u00eda significativa del desempe\u00f1o de nuestra actividad cerebral, haci\u00e9ndonos m\u00e1s productivos;<\/p>\n<p> \t<strong>\u2022<\/strong> Perder peso, \u00a1si&#8230; es verdad! Una buena caminata acelera nuestro metabolismo. De esta forma, y aliada a una alimentaci\u00f3n equilibrada, potencia la disminuci\u00f3n de peso;<\/p>\n<p> \t<strong>\u2022<\/strong> Un sue\u00f1o m\u00e1s tranquilo y la disminuci\u00f3n de la somnolencia durante el d\u00eda. La adrenalina producida durante la caminata permite que el cuerpo se quede m\u00e1s activo durante el d\u00eda, lo que \u201caparta\u201d la somnolencia y mejora la calidad de nuestro sue\u00f1o al final del d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, existen cuidados que debemos tener ANTES, DURANTE y DESPU\u00c9S de la caminata, sobre los cuales hablaremos en el pr\u00f3ximos art\u00edculo.<\/p>\n<p>Hasta
