Ingerir m\u00e1s l\u00edquido, especialmente agua \u2013 m\u00ednimo 1 litro y \u00bd de agua diariamente.<\/p>\n<p>2. En la tierra del Caf\u00e9, adquirir el h\u00e1bito de tomar t\u00e9 no es f\u00e1cil, pero el t\u00e9 es \u00f3ptimo para quien tiene retenci\u00f3n de l\u00edquido. Experimenta t\u00e9s de camomila, hibiscos, cola de caballo, focha, frutos rojos son \u00f3ptimos diur\u00e9ticos y ayudan a eliminar toxinas del cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p>3. Reduce la sal. Adem\u00e1s de que te ayuda a retener m\u00e1s l\u00edquido en el cuerpo, es tambi\u00e9n un peligroso aliado a la presi\u00f3n arterial. Dismin\u00fayele y, para que la comida no pierda sabor, usa m\u00e1s hierbas frescas o secas, como perejil, cebollino, albahaca, nuez moscada, tomillo, cilantro, piment\u00f3n, canela, jengibre y etc.<\/p>\n<p>4. Sino consigues estar lejos de los alimentos industriales, al menos pon reglas para comerlo solo una vez a la semana. Cuanto m\u00e1s saludable sea tu alimentaci\u00f3n, mejor ser\u00e1 tu capacidad de drenaje para tu cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p>5. Las verduras con m\u00e1s poder diur\u00e9tico son el apio, el perejil, el chayote, el berro, el pepino, el repollo, el tomate, la berenjena, la zanahoria, los esp\u00e1rragos, la alcachofa y la lechuga. \u00a1Aumenta el consumo de esas delicias!<\/p>\n<p>6. El ejercicio f\u00edsico es s\u00faper importante para el buen funcionamiento del organismo. Practique como m\u00ednimo 30 minutos de caminata de 3 a 4 veces a la semana. Esto ayuda mucho para la eliminaci\u00f3n de toxinas del cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p>7. El drenaje linf\u00e1tico con un especialista tambi\u00e9n es una \u00f3ptima. Adem\u00e1s de relajar, realmente ayuda en el drenaje de los l\u00edquidos y toxinas del cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p>8. Para masajes en casa, tambi\u00e9n tenemos una opci\u00f3n: primero pisa levemente en una bolita de tenis haciendo movimientos circulares. Despu\u00e9s, usa una buena crema hidratante o anticelulitis, con movimientos siempre de abajo hacia arriba, en las piernas, hasta la zona de la ingle. Haz esto varias veces. En la barriga masajea bien con movimientos circulares y despu\u00e9s, pasa la mano como si fueses limpi\u00e1ndote, llevando todo hasta la ingle. Te sentir\u00e1s mucho m\u00e1s leve.<\/p>\n<p>9. Nunca te auto mediques con productos diur\u00e9ticos.<\/p>\n<p>10.
