Y para quien no la conoce todav\u00eda, aqu\u00ed estamos, present\u00e1ndote este \u201cs\u00faper\u201d alimento.<\/p><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La Quinua puede sustituir el arroz en las comidas, es s\u00faper nutritivo y f\u00e1cil de preparar: Para 1 taza de Quinua, pon 2 tazas de agua.<\/p>\n<p>Yo la preparo de la siguiente forma: La lavo bien, la rehogo en un poco de ajo y aceite de coco, a\u00f1ado el agua y sal al gusto. Puedes rallar un poco de zanahoria y a\u00f1adirla en la cocci\u00f3n, agrega guisantes o ma\u00edz. Puede servirse caliente o fr\u00edo, en ensaladas, a\u00f1adiendo legumbres y verduras, tambi\u00e9n puedes poner un poco en tu sopa preferida, sustituyendo as\u00ed el arroz o la pasta.<\/p>\n<p>La Nutricionista Julie Wilcox hizo una lista de 7 beneficios de la Quinua:<\/p>\n<p>.    La Quinua es uno de los alimentos m\u00e1s ricos en prote\u00ednas. Es una prote\u00edna completa, conteniendo los nueve amino\u00e1cidos esenciales. La prote\u00edna es despu\u00e9s del agua, el componente m\u00e1s importante para los seres vivos.<\/p>\n<p>.    La Quinua contiene casi dos veces m\u00e1s fibra que la mayor\u00eda de los granos.<\/p>\n<p>.    La Quinua contiene hierro. El hierro ayuda a mantener nuestras c\u00e9lulas rojas de la sangre saludables, y son la base de la formaci\u00f3n de hemoglobina. Que es responsable del transporte de ox\u00edgeno de una c\u00e9lula a otra, y fornece el ox\u00edgeno a los m\u00fasculos, ayudando a su contracci\u00f3n. El hierro tambi\u00e9n aumenta la funci\u00f3n cerebral, porque el cerebro lleva cerca del 20% de nuestro ox\u00edgeno en la sangre.<\/p>\n<p>.     La Quinua contiene lisina. La lisina es principalmente esencial para el crecimiento y reparaci\u00f3n de tejidos.<\/p>\n<p>.    La Quinua es rica en magnesio. El magnesio ayuda a relajar los vasos sangu\u00edneos y as\u00ed, alivia migra\u00f1as. El magnesio tambi\u00e9n puede reducir la diabetes tipo 2, motivando el control del az\u00facar en la sangre. Otro de los beneficios para la salud del magnesio es que incluyen la transmisi\u00f3n de impulsos nerviosos, regulaci\u00f3n de temperatura corporal, desintoxicaci\u00f3n, producci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda y en la formaci\u00f3n de huesos y dientes saludables.<\/p>\n<p>.    La Quinua tiene un nivel elevado en Riboflavina (B2). La vitamina B2 mejora el metabolismo dentro de las c\u00e9lulas cerebrales y musculares y es conocida por ayudar en la producci\u00f3n de la energ\u00eda adecuada en las c\u00e9lulas.<\/p>\n<p>.    La Quinua tiene un elevado contenido de manganeso. El manganeso es un antioxidante, lo que ayuda a evitar da\u00f1os en las mitocondrias durante la producci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda, como tambi\u00e9n protege las c\u00e9lulas rojas de la sangre y otras c\u00e9lulas, de una lesi\u00f3n radical libre.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1\u00bfHab\u00e9is visto lo bueno que la Quinua es para nosotras?!<\/p>\n<p>Entonces la pregunta es: \u00bfQui\u00e9n va a adherir este s\u00faper alimento?
