Todas queremos, \u00bfverdad?<\/p><br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nOs puedo decir por experiencia propia, que con el pasar de los a\u00f1os, nuestra piel y nuestro cabello van qued\u00e1ndose m\u00e1s secos, y por nuestro cuerpo estar compuesto el 75% de agua, beber agua deber\u00eda ser una prioridad en nuestro d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Hace un tiempo escrib\u00ed sobre la gran importancia del agua en nuestro organismo pero, en la pr\u00e1ctica muchas veces hemos dejado de tomar, y no siempre conseguimos ingerir lo m\u00ednimo recomendado, de 1 litro y medio por d\u00eda. Entonces, os voy a dejar algunos consejos, para que juntas, podamos llegar a nuestra meta de consumo de este l\u00edquido tan bueno y esencial para todas las funciones en nuestro cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p>El agua pura siempre es siempre la mejor cosa, pero existen otras cosas que tambi\u00e9n nos pueden ayudar: Frutas que tienen un gran porcentaje de agua, como por ejemplo la sand\u00eda, mel\u00f3n, fresas, pi\u00f1a, naranja, y verduras como rabanillo, tomate, coliflor, zanahoria, entre otras, son \u00f3ptimas opciones. As\u00ed como verduras cocidas, sopas y pur\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de eso, toma un vaso de agua (aproximadamente 250 ml)<\/p>\n<p>Al despertarte<\/p>\n<p>A media ma\u00f1ana<\/p>\n<p>30 minutos antes del almuerzo y la cena<\/p>\n<p>1 hora despu\u00e9s del almuerzo y la cena<\/p>\n<p>A media tarde<\/p>\n<p>Antes de dormir<\/p>\n<p>Solo as\u00ed tenemos 8 vasos de agua por d\u00eda<\/p>\n<p>Si s\u00f3lo el agua es dif\u00edcil, toma un t\u00e9 de hiervas. En el almuerzo haz una limonada, pero no  exageres con el az\u00facar, y si es posible, elige edulcorante.<\/p>\n<p>Agua con sabor: Puedes a\u00f1adir un saborcito a tu agua, poniendo algunas rodajas de frutas c\u00edtricas, como naranja y lim\u00f3n, o algunos pedacitos de frutas como fresas, blueberries y kiwi, con una buena dosis de hielo, si te gusta.<\/p>\n<p>En la oficina: Deja siempre una botella de agua cerca. Si lo prefieres, ten una botella de 1 litro y 1\/2 y ve bebiendo durante el d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Aplicaciones: Nada de disculpas, \u00ab\u00a1ME OLVIDE!\u00bb J, pon en el m\u00f3vil algunas alarmas para recordar la hora de la hidrataci\u00f3n. O usa una aplicaci\u00f3n que te haga recordar que tienes que beber agua como \u00abWater your body\u00bb o \u201cDrink-O-matic\u201d.
