Bueno, \u00a1A MI ME ENCANTA!  <\/p><br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nEn nuestro d\u00eda a d\u00eda, tenemos que aprender a hacer recetas r\u00e1pidas y que nos traigan salud, y bien estar. Entonces, la sugerencia es que comiences desde ya tu cuaderno saludable (no hace falta tirar el otro, s\u00f3lo \u00fasalo de vez en cuando)<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Y claro, para ayudar, vamos a publicar recetas y consejos culinarios de comida rica y nutritiva! Para comenzar, quiero presentaros el overnightoat. \u00bfNunca escuchaste hablar de \u00e9l? Son botecitos (de vidrio, con tapa) hechos por la noche y puestos en la nevera para consumirlos por la ma\u00f1ana, \u00a1lo \u2018\u2019bueno\u2019\u2019 de eso es que te despiertas y tu caf\u00e9 s\u00faper saludable est\u00e1 listo, esper\u00e1ndote!<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Y no pienses que es dif\u00edcil de hacer, no! Son pocos ingredientes, formas capas, y se quedan ah\u00ed \u2018\u2019divirti\u00e9ndose\u2019\u2019 en la nevera\u2026. \u00a1Cuando le das esa cucharada y mezclas todo\u2026 immmmm, delicioso! <\/p>\n<p>Perfecto para el verano, fr\u00edo y lleno de nutrientes. Normalmente contiene leche desnatada (para humedecer el salvado de avena, harina de linaza, la quinua en flecos y la semilla de ch\u00eda. <\/p>\n<p>Y\/o yogurt desnatado (con o sin az\u00facar), frutas picadas, condimentos (canela, clavo molido, cacao en polvo, sin az\u00facar) y cualquier otra cosa que te permita tu imaginaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>Mira algunos que prepar\u00e9 para vosotras: <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vivianefreitas.com\/es\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/2\/files\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-22129\" alt=\"ensemble1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vivianefreitas.com\/es\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/2\/files\/\" width=\"617\" height=\"303\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Coloca una cucharada de harina de avena y una peque\u00f1a cantidad de leche desnatada por encima, para humedecer.
