Esto es porque el organismo gasta energ\u00eda para elevar la temperatura del agua de 5\u00baC para 37\u00baC, que es la temperatura corporal interna.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pimienta Cayena (Pimienta roja):<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Acelera el metabolismo un 20%, porque aumenta la circulaci\u00f3n y la temperatura del cuerpo, adem\u00e1s de mejorar la digesti\u00f3n. Tiene la propiedad de retirar grasas de las arterias.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jengibre:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aumenta el metabolismo un 20%. Puede ser usado crudo, rehogado o en forma de t\u00e9. Otra opci\u00f3n es batir en la batidora con apio, naranja, manzana o cualquier otra fruta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Omega 3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aumenta el metabolismo basar, o sea, quema calor\u00edas. Funciona como antiinflamatorio, previene y trata enfermedades cardiovasculares. Fuentes: Aceite de onagra, aceite de pescado (como salm\u00f3n y sardina) y semillas de linaza.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00e9 verde:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reduce la absorci\u00f3n de az\u00facar en sangre, inhibiendo la acci\u00f3n de la amilasa (enzima responsable de la digesti\u00f3n de carbohidratos).
