{"id":18064,"date":"2013-11-27T14:27:47","date_gmt":"2013-11-27T14:27:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.vivianefreitas.com\/es\/?p=18064"},"modified":"2013-12-19T10:57:47","modified_gmt":"2013-12-19T10:57:47","slug":"como-crear-nuevos-y-buenos-habitos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vivianefreitas.com\/es\/como-crear-nuevos-y-buenos-habitos\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00f3mo crear nuevos y buenos h\u00e1bitos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><p class=\"intro\">Crear nuevos y buenos h\u00e1bitos requiere disciplina, perseverancia, y exige cambios, cosa que generalmente, no le gusta al ser humano.<\/p><br \/>\nNos gusta las cosas nuevas, pero los cambios&#8230; no siempre. \u00bfSabes por qu\u00e9?<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nPorque el cambio requiere esfuerzo, salir de la acomodaci\u00f3n, perseverar, trabajar duro y tener mucha autodisciplina.<\/p>\n<p>La disciplina es un h\u00e1bito interno que facilita a cada persona el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones. Es un autodominio, la capacidad de utilizar la libertad personal. Esto quiere decir, la posibilidad de actuar libremente superando las condiciones, internas y externas, que se presentan d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Fuimos creados y disciplinados de maneras diferentes, y los gustos y h\u00e1bitos de nuestros padres tambi\u00e9n influyen mucho en la formaci\u00f3n de los nuestros. Los h\u00e1bitos, buenos o malos, son creados por la repetici\u00f3n del mismo comportamiento.<\/p>\n<p>Las 24 horas de una persona se componen de h\u00e1bitos y cambiar los malos, no es tan f\u00e1cil como tirar una camisa, porque \u00e9stos hacen parte de qui\u00e9nes somos. Pero podemos sustituirlos con la pr\u00e1ctica de buenos h\u00e1bitos. No podemos ver los resultados si mantenemos ambos (buenos y malos). Es como agua sucia mezclada con agua limpia, la sucia siempre ensuciar\u00e1 la limpia.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed hay una peque\u00f1a lista de buenos h\u00e1bitos diarios para la salud:<\/p>\n<p>1. Comer, como m\u00ednimo, 5 porciones de frutas o verduras. Ejemplo:<\/p>\n<p>Desayuna &#8211; Zumo de frutas<\/p>\n<p>Almuerzo &#8211; Manzana<\/p>\n<p>Comida &#8211; Ensalada <\/p>\n<p>Merienda &#8211; Pl\u00e1tano<\/p>\n<p>Cena &#8211; Crema de verduras<\/p>\n<p>2. Comer cada 3 horas.<\/p>\n<p>3. Comer 3 porciones de lactosa o derivados &#8211; Leche (de soja preferiblemente), yogurt y quesos blancos (mozzarella&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>4. Beber 1 \u00bd de agua diariamente.<\/p>\n<p>5. Hacer ejercicio como m\u00ednimo, 3 veces a la semana, durante 30 minutos (al principio).<\/p>\n<p>Bueno, voy a parar por aqu\u00ed para no asustaros. Si adquieres los h\u00e1bitos de esta lista, ver\u00e1s una gran diferencia en tu vida.<\/p>\n<p>Piensa en la satisfacci\u00f3n que te dar\u00e1 los buenos h\u00e1bitos. Piensa en crear nuevos h\u00e1bitos en otras \u00e1reas de tu vida, como despertarte temprano, no llegar tarde a los sitios, leer, arreglarte, aprender algo nuevo, ayudar a alguien&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>Primero creamos el nuevo h\u00e1bito y perseveramos en practicarlo (recuerda lo de la repetici\u00f3n). Al principio no es f\u00e1cil, pero con el tiempo se vuelve parte de nosotros.
