{"id":17582,"date":"2013-06-26T09:35:33","date_gmt":"2013-06-26T09:35:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.vivianefreitas.com\/es\/?p=17582"},"modified":"2013-07-03T10:47:00","modified_gmt":"2013-07-03T10:47:00","slug":"salud-no-tengo-tiempo-para-mi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vivianefreitas.com\/es\/salud-no-tengo-tiempo-para-mi\/","title":{"rendered":"Salud: \u00a1No tengo tiempo para mi!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"intro\">\u00a1\u00bfYa os hab\u00e9is dado cuenta de que esta frase es muy com\u00fan en los d\u00edas de hoy?!<\/p>\n<p>La vida cada d\u00eda se ha convertido en un corre-corre.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nPero ya has observado que siempre sacamos tiempo para trabajos, reuniones, invitaciones, entre otros, pero cuando hablamos de nosotras mismas, la respuesta est\u00e1 en la punta de la lengua: <em>\u201c\u00a1No tengo tiempo para m\u00ed!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sinceramente, esas palabras no suenan bien a mis o\u00eddos, y quiero hacerlas pensar y analizar conmigo esta cuesti\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p>Si yo no cuido de m\u00ed, \u00bfqui\u00e9n cuidar\u00e1?<br \/>\nSi yo no cuido de m\u00ed, \u00bfc\u00f3mo cuidar\u00e9 de mi familia, del trabajo, de los estudios, etc.?<br \/>\n\u00bfC\u00f3mo puedo mostrar a Aquel que vive dentro de m\u00ed, si mi exterior est\u00e1 hecho un caos?<\/p>\n<p><strong>No tiene sentido, \u00bfverdad?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si hay una persona que con certeza necesita tener tiempo eres t\u00fa. Cuidar de ti, de tu alimentaci\u00f3n, de tu cuerpo, de tu belleza. Eso s\u00f3lo te har\u00e1 bien, no solamente a ti sino tambi\u00e9n a todos los que hacen parte de tu vida.<\/p>\n<p>El mundo habla tanto de organizaci\u00f3n para ser m\u00e1s eficiente en el trabajo, casa, estudios, entonces \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 no organizarse para ser \u2013 y estar \u2013 mejor con su cuerpo y salud? A fin de cuentas, sin salud no se puede trabajar, estudiar, \u00a1y cuidar de otros!<\/p>\n<p>Vamos a aprender juntas a tener una mejor organizaci\u00f3n para tener una vida m\u00e1s saludable.<\/p>\n<p>Todo depender\u00e1 de tu rutina, pero vamos a dejar aqu\u00ed algunas ideas de c\u00f3mo organizar tu alimentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Semanalmente:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Compras<\/strong> \u2013 Llegar en casa y tener lo que necesitas para una alimentaci\u00f3n equilibrada es esencial, por eso abastece tu casa semanalmente con frutas y verduras<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ejercicio<\/strong> \u2013 3 veces por semana durante 30 minutos: No ser miembro de un gimnasio no es escusa, existen varias maneras de ejercitarnos \u2013 sea una caminata, subir escaleras, videos de Youtube o estiramientos. \u00a1Todo vale!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Organizaci\u00f3n diaria:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Despertar temprano<\/strong>: Esencial para tener el control de tu d\u00eda sin tener que saltar de la cama y ya entrar en el marat\u00f3n diario \u2013 Tomar el desayuno despu\u00e9s de despertar hace que tu metabolismo comience a todo vapor \u2013 \u00a1Todo es m\u00e1s organizado y mejor cuando nos despertamos temprano!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tentempi\u00e9:<\/strong> Planea tus tentempi\u00e9s del d\u00eda y ll\u00e9valos contigo<\/p>\n<p><strong>Agua:<\/strong> \u00a1No te olvides de tu agua!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ensaladas:<\/strong> Deja siempre un poco m\u00e1s de legumbres y verduras ya lavadas y picadas en el frigor\u00edfico \u2013 As\u00ed es r\u00e1pido y pr\u00e1ctico montar una ensalada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sopas:<\/strong> Si no tienes tiempo para cocinar, saca por lo menos dos d\u00edas a la semana para hacer sopa. Div\u00eddelas en cajitas herm\u00e9ticas y cong\u00e9lalas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comidas:<\/strong> La noche anterior deja siempre alguna carne\/pollo\/pescado descongelado para el almuerzo o cena del d\u00eda siguiente. Generalmente, a la plancha o asados son r\u00e1pidos y saludables.<\/p>\n<p>Descubre cu\u00e1l es tu comida \u201cpunto d\u00e9bil\u201d. \u00bfQu\u00e9 es eso? Es aquella comida que hace que tengas ganas de \u201ctirar la toalla\u201d, \u201cromper las reglas\u201d \uf04a, comer sin reservas, abusar un poco m\u00e1s, no pensar para comer&#8230; \u00a1solamente \u201crelajarse\u201d en el come y come!<\/p>\n<p>El desayuno, comida, merienda o cena, son comidas en que tienes que tener una comida saludable para no caer en la rutina del descontrol y abusar de lo que no debe.
