Descubrir\u00e1s muchas cosas nuevas, tanto f\u00edsicamente como dentro de ti, pero sobre eso vamos hablando sobre la marcha.<\/p>\n<p>Imag\u00ednate haciendo lo mismo todos los d\u00edas durante 20, 30, 40, 50 a\u00f1os y, de repente, te despiertas siendo otra\u2026 \u00a1Solo en sue\u00f1os! (jejeje). Para todo cambio y principalmente para aquellos que nos hacen bien, existe una lucha, una guerra que trabar y el mayor enemigo es nuestra propia voluntad, nuestro deseo. \u00a1La manera es sacrificar!<\/p>\n<p>Cuando decid\u00ed cambiar mi alimentaci\u00f3n, no pens\u00e9 en un plazo, sino que fuese algo natural en mi, un cambio permanente en la cual todos los d\u00edas tengo que trabajar. \u00a1Cada d\u00eda cuenta!<\/p>\n<p>Entonces, vamos al trabajo:<\/p>\n<p>Primero: Si decides hacer este cambio permanente vas a dejar un comentario aqu\u00ed en el Blog, proponi\u00e9ndote hacer esto. \u00a1Es necesario porque esto es un  compromiso tuyo con este desaf\u00edo! Y es tan bueno cuando vemos que no somos las \u00fanicas en est\u00e1 batalla, \u00a1porque as\u00ed nos incentivamos las unas a las otras!<\/p>\n<p>Segundo: Marca el d\u00eda de hoy, calcula tu IMC (ya escrib\u00ed un post sobre esto y saca una foto tuya hoy mismo. Esto servir\u00e1 de testimonio futuro, mostrando el antes y el despu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Plan alimentario:<\/p>\n<p>Al despertar: Una taza de agua templada con tres gotitas de lim\u00f3n (Esto puede ayudar a que el intestino funcione mejor.)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desayuno<\/strong><br \/>\n8:00Hrs &#8211;  (o m\u00e1s temprano)<\/p>\n<p>Caf\u00e9\/ t\u00e9<br \/>\nLeche (preferible de soja)<br \/>\n1 Fruta<br \/>\n1 Pan integral (50gr), 1 rodaja de queso fresco blanco\/ fiambre de pavo o un poco de mantequilla (1 cuchara de t\u00e9)<\/p>\n<p><strong>10:30 \u2013 lunch de mediod\u00eda<\/strong><br \/>\n1 yogurt ligth l\u00edquido y de 2 a 3 tostadas secas (peque\u00f1as) o Galletas Mar\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>13:00Hrs \u2013 Almuerzo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>100 gramos (tama\u00f1o palma de la mano) de carne \/ pescado \/ pollo \u00f3  1 huevo.<br \/>\nHortalizas y ensaladas cuanto quieras.<br \/>\n2 cucharadas de sopa rasas de pasta o arroz, con 4 cucharadas de sopa de alubias o grano o 1 patata (cocida o asada sin salsa)<br \/>\nCaf\u00e9 \/ t\u00e9 o agua que no pase de 200ml.<\/p>\n<p><strong>16:00Hrs \u2013 Merienda<\/strong><br \/>\n1 yogurt l\u00edquido ligth.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dos horas despu\u00e9s de la primera comida:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 fruta + de 2 a 3 tostadas o galletas integrales \/ \u00bd rodaja de pan \u2013 Caf\u00e9 con leche\/ T\u00e9<\/p>\n<p><strong>lunch de la noche: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sopa de legumbres, cuanto quieras.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cena: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00e9 de camomila \u2013 Si tienes mucha hambre toma un yogurt l\u00edquido.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Notas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Hacer las comidas a las horas correspondientes \uf04a.<\/p>\n<p>2.Comer frutas y verduras de varios colores \u2013 No comas siempre lo mismo, eso hace que las comidas sean cansadas y aburridas.<\/p>\n<p>3.Cambiar el az\u00facar por endulzante \u2013 Pero si te gusta un caf\u00e9 despu\u00e9s de la comida, con az\u00facar, no es malo, pero nada de volcar el azucarero \uf04a.<\/p>\n<p>4.Beber como m\u00ednimo 1 \u00bd litro de agua por d\u00eda \u2013 El agua hace muy bien a las salud. Limpia y trabaja en nuestro favor.<\/p>\n<p>5.Retirar las grasas de la carne y prepararlas con lo m\u00ednimo de aceite, prefiri\u00e9ndolos al grill o cocidos.<\/p>\n<p>6.Usar aceite de oliva (1 cucharada sopera) en la ensalada y evita salsas ya preparadas \u2013 Aceite de oliva es uno de los aceitas que trae beneficios a la salud.<\/p>\n<p>7.Sazonar las ensaladas y carnes con hiervas aromatizadas, lim\u00f3n, vinagre, ajo, cebolla, laurel, perejil, cilantro, etc.<\/p>\n<p>8.Hacer alg\u00fan ejercicio aer\u00f3bico (caminar, andar en bicicleta, subir escaleras, nataci\u00f3n, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Manos a las obra! Paso a paso, no desist\u00e1is, \u00a1pod\u00e9is! \u00a1Yo creo!
