Por eso, hoy vamos a aprender a calcular nuestro IMC.<\/p>\n<p>El IMC son las siglas de \u00cdndice de Masa Corporal, una medida para verificar si una persona est\u00e1 por debajo o por encima de su peso ideal.<\/p>\n<p>Es s\u00faper simple. Observa:<\/p>\n<p>IMC = Peso \/ (Altura) \u00b2<\/p>\n<p>O sea, una persona que pesa 70 kg y tiene 1,70 m de altura, su f\u00f3rmula quedar\u00e1:<\/p>\n<p>1,70 x 1,70 = 2,89<\/p>\n<p>70 \/ (dividido) 2,89 = IMC de 24,22<\/p>\n<p>Observando la tabla de abajo, el peso de esa persona es ideal para su constituci\u00f3n f\u00edsica: <\/p>\n<p>        IMC                                       Clasificaciones<br \/>\nMenor de 18,5____________Por debajo del peso normal<br \/>\n18,5 \u2013 24,9________________Peso Normal<br \/>\n25,0 \u2013 29,9________________Exceso de peso<br \/>\n30,0 \u2013 34.9________________Obesidad Clase I<br \/>\n35,0 \u2013 39,9________________Obesidad Clase II<br \/>\nMayor o igual a 40,0______Obesidad Clase III<br \/>\nClasificaci\u00f3n seg\u00fan la OMS a partir del IMC<\/p>\n<p>Esta otra tabla sirve para tener una base del peso ideal de acuerdo con la altura. No es una regla, pues cada uno tiene una estructura (peque\u00f1a, media o grande). Lo mejor es que usemos nuestra raz\u00f3n. As\u00ed, estar\u00e1s comprometi\u00e9ndote a perseguir tu objetivo.<\/p>\n<p>En caso de estar muy por encima del peso o por debajo, es aconsejable consultar con un m\u00e9dico de medicina general y\/o nutricionista para una evaluaci\u00f3n y orientacion. <\/p>\n<p>El consejo de esta semana es tener una cena leve. Muchas personas dicen no \u201ccenar\u201d y s\u00f3lo hacer una \u201ccenita\u201d, sin embargo esta \u201ccenita\u201d  puede ser un gran problema y aumentar muchas m\u00e1s calor\u00edas de lo que piensas.<\/p>\n<p>Yo s\u00e9 que a veces es cansado hacer algo para comer por la noche, pero recuerda que es por una buena causa, \u00bfverdad?<\/p>\n<p>La cena debe ser la comida m\u00e1s leve del d\u00eda. Opta por una sopa o ensalada con pollo a la plancha, o huevos cocidos o at\u00fan. Evita comer carbohidratos refinados, principalmente por la noche.<\/p>\n<p>Lista de alimentos compuestos por carbohidratos refinados:<\/p>\n<p>* Pan blanco <\/p>\n<p>* Arroz blanco <\/p>\n<p>* Pastas <\/p>\n<p>* Donuts<\/p>\n<p>* Los bizcochos, dulces <\/p>\n<p>* Bollitos <\/p>\n<p>* Las masas de pizza, tortas <\/p>\n<p>* Pizza <\/p>\n<p>* Pudins, Helados<\/p>\n<p>* Bollos <\/p>\n<p>* Los Cereales
