A veces es dif\u00edcil hacer, optar, escoger lo m\u00e1s saludable. Tal vez durante toda tu vida tus elecciones no fueron las mejores y ahora est\u00e1s decidida a cambiar de verdad tus h\u00e1bitos.<\/p>\n<p>Cambio de h\u00e1bito requiere mucha disciplina. Como sabemos, la disciplina puede parecer muy dura, incluso doler, pero es lo mejor para el ser humano. Una vida disciplinada dirige al \u00e9xito. Lo contrario tambi\u00e9n es un hecho: una vida sin reglas, sin disciplina, puede llevar a la destrucci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Entonces vamos all\u00e1! Muchas de vosotras quer\u00e9is saber todo en seguida. Pero no sirve de nada saber todo y no hacer nada. El secreto est\u00e1 en poner en pr\u00e1ctica lo poco que sabes. <\/p>\n<p>\u00bfEst\u00e1s lista para cambiar tus h\u00e1bitos?<\/p>\n<p>1.Elimina malos h\u00e1bitos:<br \/>\nLim\u00edtate a comer \u201cbarbaridades\u201d solamente una vez por semana. Ejemplo: fritos, patatas fritas, hamburguesas, perritos calientes, bizcochos, helados, saladitos (paquetes), galletas, etc. Llegar\u00e1 el tiempo en que este tipo de \u201ccosas\u201d ya no llenar\u00e1n tus ojos.<\/p>\n<p>2.Aumenta los buenos h\u00e1bitos:<br \/>\na) come 2 tipos de fruta al d\u00eda;<br \/>\nb) come 3 tazas de cualquier vegetal o verdura por d\u00eda;<\/p>\n<p>3.Bebe agua:<br \/>\nEl agua es el responsable de transportar los nutrientes indispensables a nuestras c\u00e9lulas. Nos limpia por dentro, purifica nuestro cuerpo, hidrata la piel, revigoriza y sacia. Ella es un agente en movimiento, limpiando y desintoxicando. Entonces \u00bfimag\u00ednate quedarte sin agua para toda esta organizaci\u00f3n, limpieza y renuevo de su interior? Imagina una casa sin agua aunque sea por un d\u00eda&#8230; es dif\u00edcil, \u00bfno es verdad?<br \/>\nLo ideal es beber, como m\u00ednimo, un litro y medio de agua por d\u00eda. <\/p>\n<p>Solamente
